I enjoyed my stay here at Hilton Garden. We arrived on the night of Super Bowl and it already felt like home. They had a special posted in the lobby for those who wanted to watch at the bar. It included ribs, two sides, bread, a beverage, and dessert! I came down after checkin to enjoy one of the drinks. Everyone was so friendly. About the room...It was clean, fully stocked with toiletries, refreshments, and more. We slept really well. Room service came in daily and refreshed everything. They made sure we were comfortable the entire stay. On night two, our toilet was clogged. When we called to get it fixed maintence was already gone for the night. In order to accommodate us they offered a complimentary breakfast and let me include that we were taken care of first thing the following morning. The parking was also good. Luckily I was staying in walking distance from my conference hotel and was able to walk and enjoy the weather and view. Also, they are close to restaurants so grabbing dinner was a breeze each night. Oh let me include that the hotel's fitness room was clean, peaceful, and had just enough equipment to get a good workout in. They also have complimentary earbuds in case you need them watch TV. Nice hilton hotel to stay at. We stayed for the Supernatural Convention so easy to get to and also had restaurants and stores near by. It's about 30 minutes from Nashville Airport. Staff were very friendly. If you are a gold elite you get 10 dollars credit per stay for food or drinks. Nice outside patio. Nice seating in lobby to relax. Has odor allergens machine to help with allergy for guests. Nice for family or business professionals. Enjoy! read more

Five-Star Hospitality - Every Time! I've stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Murfreesboro, TN, several times over the past year during leisure travel, and each visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The team consistently delivers an exceptional hospitality experience. Most recently, I was blown away by the bartender, who--just five minutes before closing--offered to cook us anything we wanted. Not only did he prepare delicious cocktails, but his generosity and upbeat attitude truly went above and beyond. Jacqueline at the front desk was another standout. She was professional, personable, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. Hotel was a very typical Embassy Suites experience. It was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was AMAZING, nice place pool, nice lounge and bar area, okay gym. This hotel also has a very nice and large conference room space. I was extremely pleased with the breakfast which also included made-to-order omelets My only complaints: - they charge $10 per night for parking... why? Parking is not at a premium, they had a huge lot... just and extra way to hit you for $$ - Their gyms are never adequate, this is a chain issue and not unique to this hotel. read more

Don't bother to book here. They "overbook" and then send you to the poorly rated Doubletree. Made my husband's business trip chaotic after we worked hard to ensure he had a nice room to stay in. Very unhappy that they operate this way and unhappy with Hilton for allowing this behavior in hotels bearing their name. read more

Hilton Garden has been my go to when I'm traveling solo. I chose this location for my Christmas travel this year as it was pre-Nashville and close the I-24 exit. Bonus was last minute shopping close by and a Starbucks around the corner for my on the road caffeine fix the next morning. It's definitely a weird year, Christmas Eve Eve and there were only a handful of guest in the entire hotel. It was kind of spooky. Service was great but then again there were only like a dozen people (or less seriously) to serve. Funny story though, I had to empty my car as it was full of presents for the family and they only have those little half carts so it took me several trips. On the last trip in the guy at the desk said oh hey you need any help let me know. LoL I know it's not his job to help but he wasn't doing anything else that night so why'd he wait till my last trip and on the way in at that. Not sure what it was but that bed was not comfortable at all, back hurt the next morning. I'm not sure how old this location is but the furniture in my room looked pretty beat up. The desk chair was not comfortable either. I've always enjoyed the breakfast at this Hilton brand but it's not as good as it used to be, it's going the way of the " 2 star continental breakfasts" that I despise. read more

This hotel appears to be quite new. Very clean and inviting for travelers or vacationers. My colleagues and I switched to this hotel prior to arriving based on rumors of another hotel having problems. Glad we did. Nice fitness center with Precor basic treadmills, elliptical and cycle. Very friendly staff. Nice lounge for evening drinks and food. Good craft beer on tap. Morning breakfast buffet for $11 includes hot and cold plus custom orders. Easy parking. Also has electric car charging stations. Close to I 24 and within easy drive or walking distance to restaurants and shopping. read more

I rent meeting room 300 days a year I'm home 30 days a year Sometimes renting hotel meeting spaces can be a nightmare. However this location for my pregnant wife and I different. It was a dream come true Jesse in banquets paid close attention to every detail that we needed. He made sure our refreshments were filled as well as our room set up being organized. We never felt left in the dark I can't explain how easy he made our company run while at this location. And surprisingly enough I approached the front desk to have something faxed and within 10 ft of the front desk I was greeted with huge smiles and that was an awesome feeling to a busy day. This whole team at the Hilton garden inn is beyond awesome. Very cozy and clean. I particularly loved the entrance area this is where everyone would come together at night to watch the football games or just to socialize. Their breakfast buffet was $11, but since I was in town for a wedding it was free for us. There are a variety of hotels close by, but i was more than happy with my choice. However, we booked a king and once we arrived we were told that we had been switched to a double. read more

Hotel has 8 Tesla level 2 chargers, but sadly all but 2 were occupied by internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles, hence the term "iced." The signage was clear enough, "EV cars only," so no fault of the hotel staff. No complaints about the hotel, it was clean and comfortable. read more

I stayed here for several weeks so I had a lot of time to take in the details of this property. In general, Hilton's are reliable and this is not too different. The advantages: rooms are clean, tastefully decorated/furnished, and the location is excellent (great stores and restaurants nearby). By the way, their holiday decor was impressive - just lovely! Breakfast was about $9-10 a day, so I didn't partake. I had dinner there only once, and though the service was great (but it should be since I was the only one eating there), the burger was lacking. That salt patty was pricey too! The daytime staff - Mr. Veshell in particular - are excellent and professional. (He should get a promotion). However, the nighttime staff are ambivalent to your needs. I am really not certain, but on several occasions, one staff member seem to have personal visitors. Again, it's really hard to tell - maybe he just enjoyed sitting down to dinner with his clients, or maybe he was on break. The interaction between him and other folks just seemed odd. Aside, he and others at night weren't helpful. For example, I asked where the recycling bin was, and he said they didn't have one. I found it when I walked around the corner. Another time, I asked for assistance -- previously provided by daytime staff -- with a noise issue. The nighttime staff member was not only unhelpful, she was hostile and immature when engaging me about the situation. It was akin to debating with a teenager! Later, management was apologetic, helpful, and they kindly addressed my concern with ease. However, that teen, soap-opera-level drama was so annoying that I'm unlikely to return for another stay. read more

The hotel smelt really good and the lobby is really clean but the price is way too high for the room. The bed was as hard as a rock and I woke up with back pain. The kids saw a spider and freaked out, the people above us were really loud half the night and in the early morning. It was a last minute hotel as we were judging coming back from vacation and the renovations in our house were not complete. read more

We had stayed at this location in the past. Been a little over 6 months. The service we experienced on our first visit was by far distant from today's experience. I suppose that the hotel may have been busier this time of year but despite the seasons it shouldn't explain the lack of urgency in the restaurant during breakfast. With 4 employees working a small area, tables should be cleared, cleaned, and set for hotel guests. Hotel guests shouldn't have to wait, even a few minutes to be seated, when tables in the restaurant still have dishes, food and have NOT been cleared or cleaned. There's no work plan for the employees and there's no initiative to get the work done. Hotel guests EXPECT a HIGH level of service, cleanliness, and overall experience that EXCEEDS the Hilton Brand name. A work leader should be assigned to provide leadership and ensure that the taskings get done. Lack of leadership in the restaurant is the problem that should be addressed. Kristen an employee in the restaurant was the ONLY person clearing, cleaning & setting the tables. Unfortunately, she was clearly falling a little behind and could've used help. The other 3 employees didn't give a hand to help her to at least clear the tables of dishes. There should be a sense of teamwork that extends beyond their assigned duties of the day. read more

Worst hotel ever. The night front desk lady is the rudest person I've ever encountered. I asked a question about why I couldn't pay cash and she threatened to revoke my reservation. There is a lot more I could say but just know there are four other hotels in a 1 mile radius where you wouldn't have to worry about this type of treatment. read more
