Room was clean. Beds were so, so on comfort level. Breakfast has good hot options that rotate daily.

Service was amazing! I have never received multiple text messages from a hotel ensuring that I was enjoying my stay and checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was great, the automatic pancake machine was cool! My room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking and a great outdoor pool. read more

BUGS - 1 STAR I stayed at this property from 12/28/25-12/29/25 and the experience was awful from the moment I arrived. I had not been in the first room (473) long at all before I saw a bug crawling across the kitchen counter where my food was. I killed it and had to throw all of my food away. Completely disgusting.(I also included a photo with a timestamp to verify this happened/ hotel reservation confirmation.) I was moved to room 158, but then spent the night dealing with constant door slamming for hours, and it started again early in the morning. The front desk addressed it one time, and that was it. Never once did they re-check to see if the noise had stopped. I was told management would call me, refund my stay, and give additional points for everything that happened. No one ever contacted me. After waiting days, On 12/31/25 I reached out through the Diamond desk, who finally processed the refund. Only then did someone named (Candy) "under" the General Manager reach out. The first time she did get my voicemail. She and I had the call between us on 1/5/26 and she offered 500 points which would be given 2+ weeks later. Which is basically nothing when you can earn that from a Hilton survey. She even implied the noise issue was my fault for being a light sleeper. That they have quote "heavy doors." For the record, the actual General Manager (Nate) never reached out. I was told he would return my call after 2:30pm on 1/6/26 after his bussiness meeting. So clearly it wasn't important to them. Staff on the property the night I made the complaint also "hinted" they were already aware of bug issues on the property which is unacceptable. "Claiming" the bugs were due to the gun range next door. To make matters worse, the hotel is now refusing my mother service for what "we believe" is because of the situation they created with me, which is unprofessional, retaliatory, and completely out of line. My stay here was a nightmare: a bug in my room, wasted food, hours of noise, sleep issues due to hotel santitation, zero communication, and now retaliation toward my family. I will not return and I would not recommend this property to anyone. (Update: Hilton Diamond desk did eventually credit additional points due to the hassle because it was clear the property had no intention of resolving the matter on their end.) (Update: As of 1/8/26 currently waiting on a response from the General Manager (Nate) will update when I receive a response. read more

We had a great stay while on our little getaway! This Home2Suites by Hilton shares the same building as TRU by Hilton. There are two different entrances and lobbies but during our stay we were directed to check in and use the TRU entrance and lobby. Breakfast was also served in the TRU lobby. Our room was modern and clean. It came with everything you'd need for an extended stay. We only stayed a couple nights so we didn't get a full experience but whenever we did need something we had it ready. I lovedd the little kitchenette and almost full sized fridge! Bed was comfy. Breakfast was def filling. There were issues with the pancake maker both mornings we were there but there was also the option of waffles! Breakfast options were one of the bests I've seen for a complimentary breakfast and kept filled. Coffee was also plenty with tea as an option. I loved how the staff was also courteous and kind. They didn't "look" like they hated their job which always help the vibe. Can't think of anything but good things to say about our stay. Def will consider Home2Suites again on future visits. read more

We received a nice enough room that was clean and quiet. However, the person who checked us in warned us our door had to be pulled shut an extra time or it would not close/lock. That was a little disconcerting because I checked it multiple times to make sure it was locked tight. Admittedly, I felt a bit unsafe and wondered why we received a defective lock on our door. However, the highlight was breakfast. Pat and Kristen were so friendly and helpful. Pat, especially, meticulously checked that everything was set up well. The food we had was hot and delicious. I was booked her recently and I didn't any problems at first. Room was spotless and breakfast was great with a wide selection. But the service at frontdesk was unprofessional. My child came back to me and told me the woman behind front desk screamed out about her vape being lost in FRONT of my CHILD which you wouldn't expect to hear from someone working there. Hopefully management doesn't allow this type of service from staff because I won't be coming here again if that's the case. read more

We had hot breakfast but literally no room service. We were there for 5-days and our room was cleaned on the 4th day. This is a stripped down hotel. I would never stay at one of these hotels ever again. The one bright moment was our breakfast server Jaquelle. She went above and beyond in getting us what we needed for breakfast. read more

NOT SAFE! I checked in using my Hilton App and requested a digital key. When my son and I arrived, we went straight to our room and unlocked the door. But the door would only open a bit as if the security latch was on. We went to the front desk and things went from bad to worse. The young woman's lack of professionalism was only topped by her complete incompetence. First she tried to say we were booked in the Tru that shares the same building. Ok but why can't I get in my room. No idea. She tried to call maintenance on a radio for 20 minutes but got no answer (she was on the wrong channel). While we waited, I watch a young girl come up to the desk and stated her key didn't work. The desk clerk only asked her what room number!!! No request for ID, didn't even ask their name!!! Finally maintenance shows up and goes back to our room to help us open the door. Another guest was in the room!!!! He had been their for two days yet MY digital key opened his door. The incompetent clerk then didn't know what to do. I had to demand that someone call the manager. Luckily the maintenance man had his number. The hotel was completely booked, we were tired from working all day then driving four hours to end up wondering if we even had a room. The manager sent them back up to our room to find out that guy's name. Turned out no one was in the room he was supposed to have been given so at least after 45 minutes we finally have a bed. I stayed at this hotel for a week back in November and I had a great time. The staff was helpful, the rooms were very spacious, and the breakfast was good. And I really appreciated the free hot coco, tea, and coffee available 24 hours a day I am only deducting one star because the shower in the "handicap accessible" room was the kind with a bathtub that you have to step over to get into (which is a stupid design choice because that kind of shower makes it very hard for someone with mobility issues to get in and out safely). I will definitely come back here next time I visit my relatives in Tennessee. But, next time, I'll make sure to request a room with a shower that is actually safe and easy for my disabled father to use read more

Rooms were spacious and hotel is new and modern. Breakfast was weird (microwave a prepackaged food bowl). Parking was crowded a few nights and I've never seen where they have the lobby of a hotel open to the public but the one side front desk said use the adjoining hotel front desk entrance. I understand the concept but from a security standpoint the door should require a card to enter the unmanned lobby. read more

The room and hotel were beautiful . The reason I am giving one star is because when I stayed I brought my miniature poodle and they charged me $150 extra for one night!! I reserved my room with Expedia and when I checked in I told the receptionist that I had a dog and he told me that I had to sign a paper. I was never advised of the additional charges . I checked my credit card and I ended up paying $300 for the room!! I called the manager and he told me that I should have read the paper before I signed it!! WOW really ?!?! I'm a Hiton honors customer and have stayed with them for years and have NEVER had such terrible customer service !! DO NOT stay here !!! read more

We chose this hotel to stay in during our vacation because of its location - we planned to do things in and around Nashville but did not want to stay in the city. We appreciated how soft the sheets were and how comfortable the bed and pillows were. Unfortunately, the pros of our stay stop there. We had to do our own cleaning. These are things that we noticed or cleaned up ourselves: clearly noticeable oily residue on headboard, broken glass on floor by refrigerator, dirty washcloths were set out, dead unknown bug in bed, alive centipedes crawling on bathroom floor, tile floors appeared dirty throughout stay, dishes still in dishwasher from previous stay, and dead centipede against the wall near closet. It appears that the only thing housekeeping did was make the bed each day and bring in "clean" towels. At first glance, these things might not be noticeable but we certainly noticed them due to our stay of longer than 1-2 nights. The condition of our room was unacceptable for a hotel that is only 2 years old. read more
