The room was clean and comfortable. There's a fridge and plenty of hooks on the walls, and places for bags and suitcases. The hand wash and body wash smell amazing and didn't dry out my skin. We got up for breakfast and the breakfast area was clean and put together well. Everything was stocked and fresh. Then afterwards I worked from the lobby for a couple hours which is certainly spacious and comfortable. Plenty of outlets, secluded areas for private calls/work, and a lot of natural light. We stayed in the lobby long enough to witness the cleanup after breakfast. The cleaning was immaculate. The young lady wiped down EVERYTHING. I saw other employees wiping down the all tables and the complimentary beverage stations. I'd definitely stay here again!

Several including myself had reserved King rooms yet somehow none were available. Which was bad but the person running the front desk seemed to do everything is slow motion so a simple check in took over 30 minutes. Place seemed clean enough but TV remote didn't work. I used the button to turn it on, came on at 3/4 volume and no easy way to turn down, or change channels so was left with not having a TV for the night. Front desk did not leave me warm and fuzzy they would have a solution in less than an hour. Breakfast was decent and attendant was very friendly.

Pool and basketball hoops available. There is a walking path nearby and a handful of restaurants within walking distance. The bad: maintenance on the property was pretty awful. The faucet in the shower was disconnected from the wall, as was the shower head. The room was patched throughout but paint was of no concern apparently. Our heat was not working properly and they had to call in an HVAC specialist. It did get resolved properly and within a few hours. Unfortunately, they had to move the fridge to do the work and then the fridge stopped working. The breakfast was mediocre at best, coffee was often not stocked.

In the morning we went to get a hot breakfast, along with the other guests, only to look at empty serving dishes with no idea of when the food will be ready. The large container of coffee was also missing in action. Many of us waited with no idea of what was happening. I would think that with reservation data, management operations could have planned better and provided advertised amenities/services.

This is a very attractive property, with a large, open area with a variety of seating and tables off the lobby. I was part of a group, and we congregated there often. Some of this seating was also used during the breakfast buffet. It was a large buffet with a made to order omelet bar, biscuits and gravy, grits, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, breads, and lots more to choose from. No waffle irons, but they did have pancakes one morning. Unfortunately the pancakes weren't fresh and were rock hard. We all laughed as I tapped it on the table and it sounded like I was tapping a coin. There was also cut up honeydew and cantaloupe, but it looked like it had been lying around a few days too long. Kind of gross. One morning they were out of bowls. I asked three different employees for a bowl before someone finally brought some out from the kitchen. The breakfast crew needs a lot of improvement.

And the location is near the highway. The gym looked great but I had no time to use it. Breakfast was Quaker oatmeal packets, granola bars, fruit, hard boiled eggs, muffins, cereal, Greek yogurt, and egg sandwiches, plus coffee and tea options. My mother said the coffee was good. The breakfast at this hotel sets it apart. You can get made-to-order omelets as well as breakfast potatoes and French toast. Plus, there's a yogurt bar with Chobani and the usual bagels/croissants/cereal/fruit that all hotels offer. I appreciated that it was included in the price and not an extra cost. Since I only stayed here for one night, I did not take advantage of the outdoor pool, exercise room, or bar, but they all looked inviting, clean, and nice. This was my first experience with an Element hotel, and it is a part of the Westin and Marriott brand.
