I found All American Home Improvement on Yelp and got in touch with Jeremy. He came over the next day , climbed on the roof and inspected the skylight. He came back a few days later with his crew and patched up the roof around the skylight. They were quick, efficient and cleaned up afterwards, removing all construction debris.
