We were kept updated throughout the process leading up to installation so at the time of the installation we had plenty of time to prepare. They have not finished a new overhead garage door trim and a panel on the front of the building to be hung . The quality of workmanship ... meh ..50/50 ie covering holes in the underlayment base with tyvek and tape in stead of cutting a patch/plug to fill the hole securely kinda slip shod ignore lots of small things no attention to detail..They charge TOP DOLLAR but really don't deliver they are actually a factory authorized dealer thats the main reason I choose them means nothing..Ive had smaller contractors do a much better job. Would I use them again or recommend . NOT !!!!!! They did call once last minute said they were on their way over to finish with no warning or heads up " we'll be there in 10 minutes" Problem was I was heading not of town and materials were locked up and I dont trust em to be alone had to cancel I had to cancel the appointment . Update So made it thru a winter unfinished and the some of the caulk is starting to separate going to have to be redone. The last contact I had from them was Feb. 4 2026 from the owner saying he was going to check it out to see what the situation was and get back to me. Never happened !!

We had two condo units in our building update windows as well as two back hallway windows, and Jacob provided a highly competitive quote. He was kind and patient when we waited for other unit owners in the building to decide, and did not push us to move quicker or make a decision when we were not yet ready. Ordering windows took a few weeks and teams on install day moved swiftly and kept the area clean after! I also want to note that we live on the 3rd floor of a condo building and many contractors said they could not install and/or needed additional materials, external infrastructure and costs to do the project, but Jacob made it seamless with bringing windows up the stairs, and doing an internal install, which incurred no extra install costs. I'm usually not one to spend time getting a bunch of quotes and just rely on Yelp reviews to make a purchasing decision, but this was pricey enough purchase that i figured I should do my due diligence.' Siding & Windows Group was one of the 4 companies I had come out for a quote. We ended up with them for a few reasons: - Their quote was competitive - They were able to spray paint the interior trim with our existing paint color - They were able to match the exterior trim as closely as possible to our windows outside - Anthony at Siding & Windows Group was very responsive We placed the order on August 22nd, which is my bday. I can't say new doors was what i wanted for my bday, but i guess this is being a homeowner in your 40s. The new doors weren't installed until November 6th and we just hoped for no big storms and got lucky. Anthony checked in a few times on when they'd be installed and pushed it back a few days due to other projects. The actual installation took about a day, which wasn't too bad. A week later they came to spray paint, which honestly seemed like a much bigger project than installing the doors. That took 2 days and went smoothly, although there was a little confusion about them not knowing what color to paint, etc. It turned out beautifully and while the doors look very similar to our old doors I like the look of these even better. The exterior finish isn't a perfect match, but i think a big part of that is our old paint on our windows as faded. One day we'll touch it all up, but for now we're looking forward to a break in paying for anything for the house. I learned there are a lot of companies in the area for new windows/doors, but we were satisfied with this one and would use them again.

I had a little bit of sticker shock from the first quote so decided this would be worth getting multiple quotes on. And Home Build was one of them due to their stellar Yelp reviews. I called them and they were able to send Oscar out right away. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.
