He put it in reverse and backed up with the Emergency brake engaged. The truck wouldn't move because the Emergency brake was engaged. So he just kept giving it more and more gas pedal. I heard the engine revved up to over half throttle and I yelled at him "the Emergency brake is set". The vehicle has a V8 with 360 HP, it will move at an idle. Also it will sound an alarm and post a notice on the instrument panel when you have it in gear with the Emergency brake engage!. I bought the truck new and have owned the truck for 14 years and I have never been near that hard on it. I can Not afford to have the drive train rebuilt. And I definitely do not want to buy another truck. It is unbelievable anybody could be this stupid and it is totally unacceptable. And he acted like it was nothing to be upset about. The thought of him being so disrespectful to me and my truck makes me angry I will admit.

Chris & Son Towing was incredible from the moment we called. The dispatcher immediately reassured us, and within about 30 minutes Chris and Josh arrived with both a tow truck and an additional vehicle to safely transport our family. What truly set them apart was that they didn't just tow our vehicle, they kept working to find solutions. When the first repair shop couldn't help, Josh suggested they personally contact Dylan's Automotive, and Dylan willingly agreed to help us with same day repairs. This truly changed everything for us. That extra effort saved us significant time, stress, and expense. They treated us like family, made sure we were safe and comfortable, and even followed up later that night to check on us. We will never forget their kindness, professionalism, and care for our family. If you ever need a tow in the Cuba, MO area, call them. They are truly exceptional people.
