Never heard from him but we stopped anyway - bad move on our part 2 hours later - to be told Josh, was as lunch .They had to wait to hear from unavailable "Josh". We left. Got it done in Springfield and that biz couldn't have been nicer.

Arrived and hooked up the water....massive leak in back of the camper. I had to dry camp the 18 days. Returned the camper to Bourbon RV for repair with the assurance there would be no labor charges due to them missing the leak. The water heater was the source of the leak. This refuted the statement that "all appliances were in working order". Prior to picking up the camper, Josh assured me that he had personally checked everything including the tires. When I picked it up, there were labor charges on my bill. Josh removed them at my insistence. I paid close to $1200. On my way to do hurricane relief in Georgia, there is an issue with the tires?! I've been stuck here 6 days while a repair shop worked on it. Three out of four tires were not seated tightly on the axle, and were 18 lbs lower than prescribed?! All this to say that the lack of integrity and good service at Bourbon RV is shocking. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The hood to the car no longer had a stick to hold it up, and Kyle found us a broom thing that held it up beautifully. I can't say enough about the service here. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else!…read moreNot only is the customer service the worst I've ever experienced, but they also sell damaged products listed as "working" -- total false advertisement! We bought a set of car seats they claimed were black leather power seats in good condition. They sent us photos and confirmed this over the phone. We paid while on the call and were told the seats would be ready for pickup. I explained we were 1.5 hours away and leaving immediately. When our driver arrived, they said the seats weren't ready because they were "too busy." We had clearly confirmed they would be pulled beforehand. The driver waited, but they didn't know how long it would take. He had to drive back empty-handed. Later, they called and said the seats were now "ready" -- left sitting outside in the rain. The driver had to return, wasting another 1.5 hours. When we finally got the seats, they were NOTHING like promised: * Torn, scratched, and cracked leather * Damaged stitching * Power functions didn't even work When we called to address these issues -- the false advertisement, the 6 hours of wasted driving, and them leaving paid items out in the rain -- they laughed on the phone and acted like it was normal business. No apology, no discount, no accountability. And then it got worse. When we opened the invoice they emailed us... under the customer name line, they had written:"CNT AS BTCH."(Yes, you read that right.) I called back, asking to speak with a manager. The employee laughed hysterically when I explained what was written. No apology. She put me on hold, then came back and said no managers were available -- but I could talk to Dena, the person who wrote it. I said I didn't want to speak with someone who wrote such a disgusting slur on an invoice. They said it was the "only option" and then hung up on me. I called back -- they hung up again.I called again -- they put Dena on the phone, and she mocked the situation, laughed, and joked about it with other employees laughing in the background. I've never in my life experienced such: * Unprofessionalism * Disrespect * Dishonesty * Harassment No one at this business has taken any accountability or tried to make it right. Instead, they harassed me, laughed at my concerns, and made it worse at every step. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, and sharing this experience on every platform possible to warn other customers. AVOID ST. I knew nothing of the situation and was 2 hours away from the shitty little town she was calling from so I was asking her what vehicle she was talking about and who it was for. Her exact words were "Can you please just tell Steve his truck is ready? I have other lines ringing." Then she hung up. I wouldn't take a go-cart here to be repaired.
