Staff is friendly and knowledgeable although sometimes understaffed. Overall, they help me keep my pool looking and running well.

Huston's lied to us 5 Years ago when they put our pool in using the incorrect liner for the size of pool we had and they did not use any adhesive to put it in. It fell apart over the winter. We asked thwm about it and they were super hard to contact, Steve was extremley rude to my mother on the phone when she asked questions and the whole operation had a questionable feel to it. Their idea of service is having someone with no business knowledge answering the phone, being rude to customers, and having crook practices that involve putting something in a pool that was meant to fit a smaller pool. No one should be using this business until they start operating fairly and correctly. I am a college graduate and I am appalled that anyone with this level of service is still open. read more
