He was there when he said he would be, I signed up for his maintenance program and am SO happy that I did. I never thought about the pool all summer; I was proud to have friends and family come swimming as it was clean and clear all summer long. Of course this summer also came with it some bumps like a needing a new filter which Eric was here assesing the problem immediately and as soon as the new one came in he was back with a quick install. Then lightening struck while I was on vacation, my house sitter called him and he was quick to get back to her, come check out, and even repair the damage. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone who wants to keep their pool running in top shape all summer! As for opening and closing he makes it look so easy! Thanks for the great work Eric I am a client for life!

We would highly recommend Corey and Frankenstein Pools for pool openings and closings in the Needham area!

We previously used a large pool cleaning company and we had to regularly run our pool robot. This past summer, our pool robot was basically on vacation. We only used it to pick up a couple of leaves stuck at the deep end of our pool. Also, with the previous large pool company, we had different people come by each week but with 413 pools, Derek and Steve were the only ones who came by. They were good with communication, showed up when they were supposed to, always very friendly and answered any of my pool questions. What was also great about 413 pools is that we were not stuck with a weekly cleaning contract for the summer (this can be a problem if your pool ever needs unexpected repairs/liner tear)! If we didn't want a cleaning bc we were away, we could have just skipped a week. They also did our opening and closing. Lastly, their services were reasonably priced and saved us some money this year. Thanks again, Derek and Steve!

Let's just say mistakes were made and we experienced a lot of confusion and many delays. After about a year with little progress, I was having difficulty finding anyone trustworthy, who was willing to do the necessary revisions to complete the installation. To say I was desperate would be an understatement! Jason from Living Waters came to check things out and asked all the right questions. I could immediately tell he was an honest guy running an honest business. I was comforted by the fact that he was obviously knowledgeable about hot tubs in general. He could see that we were in a bad situation, but was willing (and able) to be creative, get his hands dirty, and do what was needed to set things right for us. Once I hired Living Waters there were no more surprises and no further delays. Jason has an extremely versatile skill set, which enabled him to address various little problems, which I would have assumed were outside of the project scope. He communicates better than any contractor I've worked with, constantly keeping me updated on progress and clearly articulating any hurdles he anticipated, while at the same time providing assurances that we were on track and on schedule.
