This was my first visit to this establishment. Wow! If you want sexy or romantic items, this is the place to go. I always put together a Honeymoon package as a wedding gift for my nieces & nephews when they get married. It's a treat for them that they all appreciate & remember far longer than household gifts. Vanessa was on staff today. She was fabulous! Great personality and so helpful. There is wonderful selection of lingerie for both men and women. Some tasteful some tacky, Ha! There are all sorts of romantic aids such as flavored body oils, dusts, lotions etc. There is an X rated room for "toys & enhancements that you must be 18 years old to enter. The store is bright, clean and well decorated. I highly recommend Hustler for your romantic needs! **Just a bit of info. My honeymoon gift includes a bottle of champagne with a couple of small liquors to make mimosas if they want or sparkling cider for non drinkers. A couple of wedding champagne flutes. Candles, massage oil, edible dusts. Just get creative according to the tastes of the recipient. I always make sure my package is put in the getaway vehicle so it makes it to the hotel with them. read more

Very, very expensive, but a nice selection of lingerie and naughty gift items, and some discreet "toys". The staff is always knowledgeable about anything you want to ask questions about and they're pretty nice most of the time. The only thing I really don't like is that great big picture window right onto the street where the whole world can see you shopping there. I could do it without that. read more

Sometimes going to adult stores can just feel vulnerable and embarrassing lol... that being said, this place is great. The girls at the front were welcoming and non judgemental. They didn't bother me or hover over me, which I appreciated As I prefer to take my time and shop by myself. They helped a disabled woman to the extra naughty back section when she asked, therefore I'd say they know how to read the customer. The extensive selection of goods was of broad range, from beginner to expert. They had a lot of lingerie, a lot of was on sale too at a discounted price which is always nice cuz I love a good bargain. I had a chill experience, paid and left satisfied. Would come back. read more

Soooooo I came here to be little spicy for my husband and I'm glad I came by, the girls were so helpful with knowledge about products! I'm definitely coming back I was so shy but I was glad I found what I was looking for! Spent less than $50 on 3 items I really needed, I can't complain about the price. 5/5 in my book. Do I recommend? Yes I do read more

The environment was cool start nice, clean, upscale. The prices were a bit pricey, but you can't be at being able to handle the products and see how they work. There were a the selection was ample with a wiide variety of products which could help convince a customer to try something new. Customer service was well, except the fact that the security guards were hovering over us, myself and my wife, as if we were thieves. So I knocked off a point for the high prices and the hovering of the security. read more

Cool ppl wide selection. Weren't awkward with us at all. They did sell us something saying it was amazing and it was mid but that's just my opinion what doesn't work for one works for others. Other than that 10/10 read more

Went in knowing what I was looking for, the guy there asked what I was looking for and walked me over to the area when I told him, helped me find exactly what I needed. The shop is cute, clean, nice, the male employees are not weird like some other shops. Friendly and not pushy at all with sales love that. Joe and Joe y'all cool and thanks for the help. read more

I've been to this location twice now and both times I had a wonderful experience. The store is always kept very clean and feels inviting. The selection of items is nice. But more importantly the customer service is great. The people working here seem to always be very kind and have given me a wonderful experience here. read more

I've came into the store to buy some sex toys for me and my girlfriend we're 18 and they were very attentive. They didn't made it weird for us even though it was our first time at the store. read more

The store was great itself great selections and and a wide variety although they made us feel discriminated against my partner is not fully abled and I am a hispanic woman when we finally got to the register she was having a loud conversation about tanning as she wasn't trying to look brown as in mexican or "dirty brown" cause apparently it's the worst color to be because she was white as she explained to her white customers anyway never going there again super rude and just uncomfortable. read more

This was the most unprofessional and degrading experience I've ever had in a store. My friend and I went in just to shop, but from the second we walked in, the manager started glaring at us as if we didn't belong there. It felt hostile from the start. We took a couple of harmless pictures in the mirror, which, let's be honest, is something everyone does in stores these days. Out of nowhere, the manager stormed over and snapped at us, saying, "If you're just going to loiter and take pictures, you can leave." Confused but trying to be respectful, we put our phones away and adjusted our outfits instead. That wasn't good enough for her. She continued harassing us, claiming we were on FaceTime and still taking pictures, which was a flat out lie. When I politely but firmly told her we weren't, she became even more aggressive, demanded that we leave, and called security on us like we were criminals. This manager's behavior was completely out of line and unprofessional. She went out of her way to humiliate us in public for no reason, and it's clear she doesn't know how to treat customers with basic respect. Corporate needs to take serious action because no one should have to experience this level of harassment just for shopping. Honestly, she shouldn't be working in customer service at all if this is how she treats people. read more

HUSTLER Hollywood - RSVP - Adult Shops Near Me - Bakersfield, California

Not what I expected, maybe coming from a bigger city I was expecting a lot more. Nobody asked if we needed help and couldn't find what we were looking for and didn't find anything similar. We tried to ask for help from one of the gals working and she said she would be back but just left us. So we just left. read more

I have been in a few sex shops in my travels. Don't frequent them but sometimes they bring a good laugh. Most are dumpy and trashy. This place, is by far, the best one i have been in. This place is classy. It is super clean and respectful. The staff is super helpful. I was looking for gag gifts for a going away. They point out everything I needed and there was no pressure. The selection was amazing. From toys to clothes to candies, they have everything you need. Whether you need a good laugh for a friend or a good personal session, this place has everything you need and is not grimy and creepy. Must stop in for all your pleasure meeds read more

Donna,Angel and Trish were so helpful on my visit! Hustler is my favorite toy shop because they're always so welcoming and have always been a great help when I have questions. Love their selection of toys and always seem to have everything I need, the store is always so clean and kept tidy so it's easy to want to look at everything! read more

The staff here is amazing and very helpful. They have a way to make you feel comfortable talking about adult items. The store is well taken care of with a large selection of everything. In the back of the store there's a table with most of the "toys" out so you can actually see and feel it before you buy it. Again I can't say enough good things about the ladies who work there. read more

Once again this store has impressed. No pushy rude sales people only super helpful and eager to help you find your sex toy sales people. I went in know I had a need to be "filled" and found the right size toy. read more

So my friend and I went on a road to trip to SoCal for a bachelorette party and realized we needed penis stuff. We called all around and a lot of places didn't really have what we needed. When my friend called here she said the woman was very nice and helpful. When we get here, the parking lot is pretty big and the signs are very inviting. We walk on in and I've never seen so many original cute clothing, shoes, accessories, adult toys and more. We almost forgot why we came in the first place! The staff was very nice and informative. We spent maybe an hour in there. I wish they had a hustler store in Sacramento!!! read more

All the staff were super inviting. And greeted me right upon arrival. :) I was throwing everything on the racks at them to buy and they was always at least one of the 3 girls right there to help me round up my piles and piles of stuff to take up to the registers. Chrissy(or Christie) Tiffany and Chloe were they're names, I think. (Sorry if I misspelled) All 3 of them not only showed a great customer care attitude, they had great customer service skills as well! They were VERY knowledgeable about ALL products and answered my questions very well. I was fully five star satisfied with this specific visit thanks to them! I LOVE HUSTLER!!!:) read more

This store is the best adult store in town. Holy shit. I will be buying a ton of toys here. Get to handle all the toys and decide exactly what you want. Hell yeah. Tony, one of the managers, totally kicks ass. read more

I had heard we had one of these stores in Bakersfield but had never been to this one. Anyhow with an upcoming anniversary coming up I ventured into this store on Ming. A nice lady showed me the store from the front, telling me where things are. A lot of lingerie here, I didn't know if I should take a chance and buy some for my wife. She has nothing like this, but maybe she will like? So I spent about a half hour in here. A very big store, things arranged pretty good. I put some lingerie on the counter to hold, then went into the back area. A lot of stuff here, from "wow that looks pretty cool" all the way to "where is it that this thing is supposed to reside"? So many toys and devices. And racks and shelves, so many lubricants. There are a bunch of DVDs, I was surprised how cheap they were. After a half hour or so I had picked out a toy some lube and some risqué lingerie. Got outta there for about a $100. Not sure how this is gonna go, she may give me a black eye, hoping for something better. Just kidding! read more

If you buy anything here you cannot return it. And that's not just clothing like if you buy a game board and it's not even opened you still can't take it back. They will tell you the opposite when you buy and that's so annoying because I specifically asked and he said "yea for sure" read more

I'm from Modesto, CA. So this was my first time visiting Hustler. As I walked in, I was instantly greeted by Suzie. She was AMAZING!! The store was super clean, organized, and had lots of options to choose from. Suzie helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Such a great experience....I will definitely be returning :) read more

If I could give 0 starts I would. I went with my friend to get her a toy, she bought one and charged it overnight and it wasn't working: not sure what's wrong it it but bottom line is it doesn't work. She took it back to the store this morning and the store won't let her exchange or help her get a hold of the company to get a new one at least. $60 is a fair amount of money down the drain for a brand new toy that doesn't work. They were very unhelpful and I do understand that it is a sex toy but it was obviously not used and the least they could do is help her. Also found out the toy was only $30 on amazon so what a rip off. Very sad to see why I thought was a classy store sell broken toys & keep the money. Won't be going back and will be warning others not to either. read more

Great products. Great customer service. Friendly and welcoming staff. Something for everyone in a comfortable environment.

They have the best workers! They were super friendly and helpful. All 4 employees made sure I was being helped and answered any questions I had. For it being my first time here, I was shown a full tour of the store and received a great amount of information. Overall, location is in an odd place but this store has everything! read more

This place is amazing! What a great selection, you have such a wide variety of fun, clothing, games, props toys you name it they have it, and lots of variations of it! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was totally shocked when I saw the prices here too. I was looking at a bikini top for an upcoming cruise...I was thinking for the name brand and the super cute style.. $54...the price was actually $25. I could hardly believe it! My husband and I look around the rest if the shop and I really liked how the "toy" section was completely separate from the rest of the store, providing complete privacy to those who were shopping in this area from the rest of the store. This place was very clean and very classy. I have already told all my friends they needs to check it out. I totally love it! read more

Thought i might be one of the first to comment...but everyone was spot. Clean, great selection, and VERY knowledgeable staff with amazing service.... Really cute Lingerie and corsets even comes in plus sizes. Pleasantly surprised with the whole experience read more

My first time in here and it was not embarrassing at all, like I thought it would be. I was greeted the moment I walked in and shown around the store. I was helped by Jon, who was very knowledgeable about all of the toys and made me feel very comfortable when discussing the different products. This is by far, the best adult store in town. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for lingerie and toys. Everyone there was incredibly helpful and well educated on their products. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. From the start to the finish of my experience with this location it was all around horrendous. While in the store, the employees were very rude and cold making me rather uncomfortable. Which in this environment it's so important to feel comfortable. While looking at an item I held it up in front of the mirror to get an idea if it would fit since the dressing rooms are understandably closed. An employee very harshly yelled across the store you can not hold it up like that. I did my best to be understanding due to the circumstances we are living in. After that all I received was dirty looks and glares my way. I was told at the counter if it didn't fit HUSTLER is allowing returns. In the end it did not fit, since I was traveling through town when I stopped at this location I went to a different one to exchange it and was met with a no return policy. I called this store to try and come up with a solution and the manger was extremely condescending and I was told she can't control the issue that her store caused. What I'm getting at is make sure you get all the details before they lie to you. read more
