With our trip being last minute, we knew we would be stretching ourselves thin mentally to pull all the planning together so we decided we would hire a car service to get us to and from the airport. Tracie not only allowed us to not worry about traffic and arriving to Lambert in time for our flight; but her level of luxurious professionalism blew us all away. She had us well taken care of with water and mints at each seat, offered us the choice of beautiful jazz music or a requested genre. The kids asked for Michael Jackson so we definitely had a fun ride. For me when considering driving service options, safety is my top concern. Tracie is a guarantee of safety and you cannot put a price on that, especially in this day and age. That being said, her pricing was not much different compared to competitors on apps. Our return flight was delayed and she tracked our flight the whole time, was ready for us when we landed at 2am with the same smile and service she offered us on our initial ride. Highly recommend her business and her as a person. Female Veteran owned and operated, she services IL and MO.
