Heather was very knowledgeable and professional. She was able to help us with our special needs for wheelchair and special diet. The facility is conveniently located near Burger King and the education office. The hours are within normal duty hours so you have to plan accordingly. They have tickets at great savings for events all over the country. This is a fantastic benefit that should not be overlooked. Again, Heather was super helpful and made for a great experience the afternoon of the show.

I learned that they can assist in my travels to just about anywhere, not just in and around Scott AFB. In addition, it was recommended that I travel utilizing the MetroLink to St. Louis. Coming from Detroit with no light rail currently available, I figured I would give it a try to see how it worked. Their recommendation was spot on! The ITT office is my first visit when in the area from now on.

My family was traveling together except for my oldest daughter; she had to travel on another…read moreairline. We had worked it out to get our flights to arrive back at Lambert Airport at around the same time and then we could all go home together... then ... in walks "Murphy's Law!" Our flight was delayed causing us to miss our connection back to Lambert. If my daughter's plane arrives on time then no one will there to pick her up! While waiting on standby for our next flight back to Lambert Airport, I looked up transportation for the Ofallon, IL area. SuperShuttle didn't service the Ofallon, IL area. Then, I found R&R Transport. I called and Royce picked up. I told him our circumstance and that my daughter would be landing within the next couple of hours. He responded and arrived at Lambert at the time my daughter's plane was to arrive. RELIEF!!! Murphy's Law was still hanging around because then my daughter texted us and told us her plane was delayed at her connection and she'd be arriving into Lambert about 45 minutes late. Oh no, Royce is going to leave, I thought. I called Royce and told him my daughter's plane was delayed by 45 minutes. By then he was already at Lambert. He told me he'd wait and make sure my daughter got home safely. I was so grateful. Finally, the other half the family arrives in Lambert about 3 hours later. Royce texted me to let me know my daughter was home. My daughter texted me the same and told me Royce was funny and really nice. What a professional! What a great customer experience!!! My husband paid him for waiting at the airport and then his regular rate for the transport from the airport to our house. We will always use Royce and R&R Transport! You should too!

This man borrows money from vulnerable old clients stating his wife died and he needs help paying…read morehis house payments. He borrowed $400 from a lady in a retirement home with no intentions of paying her back. He said he would pay her back on the 3rd of sept.2016 but then called her this morning to tell her he's broke and will not be returning the money. That is wrong and predetory behavior. I would highly advise all people to avoid this man like the plague. He has been banned from our building and the police will be called if he is seen in this building. Regardless of whether anyone calls him or not. I'm sure this is not the first time he has done this. Hopefully I will not regret posting this but I feel it's important to warn others so they don't make the same mistake. It is not at all appropriate to even ask clients to borrow him any money at all.

While I was waiting for the rest of my group to arrive I was watching people get off of the train and grab their bikes and head home. How Green are you?????? This trail is 15 miles from start to finish. We began in the middle, we rode out to SWIC, the junior college in Belleville, Took a water break and then biked to the other end, which is near the west end of Belleville. It was wide enough for two bikes to meet and runners had plenty of room. This was a nice easy trail.

It turned out great. I knew I wanted to do something different for a day when my wife and I revisited our friends in St Louis for a long weekend. This excursion seemed to fit the bill as I knew little about Missouri Wine Country and our friends confirmed they hadn't done this tour before. It included pick-up and drop-off from any location in the St Louis metro area, so that was a big plus not having to worry about alcohol and driving for any of us. The cost was $445 for our group of four, though if one is patient, can get a lot of rebates back (e.g. in this case, it was $14.50 in Viator rewards from previous excursions, $35 promotional credit from AMEX using their card on a Viator purchase of over $350, and 20% back from Rakuten if using their browser plug-in). I was able to communicate with Wayne (the owner and operator) using the Viator website, confirming that we were set. He picked us up in a Rivian R1S, with three rows of seating, so all of us were very comfortable. Wayne runs a private driver business as well, so needs a luxury vehicle like this...and we got the benefits. It had the largest moon roof I've seen on an SUV, going all the way back to the 3rd row. It was a great touring vehicle, and quiet enough for everyone to have a good conversation without shouting. It's a bit hilly in this part of Missouri, but I hardly noticed due to his clean driving and the great condition of his vehicle. It took over an hour to get to the first winery, allowing us to get to know each other, with my friend and Wayne trading stories and experiences in the St Louis area (Wayne had more since he is born and raised here). Our first stop was Balducci Vineyards, where our group had flights to do an informal wine tasting, and found the most gregarious bartenders. Next was Noboleis Vineyards, where we also had lunch and more wine flights. Our final winery was Montelle Winery, which had the best views of the three. I don't think any of the wineries had any dedicated sommeliers...this was all about whatever wine tasted the best, with a lot of Midwest charm and friendliness. One of the things I focused on was trying wines made from their local grape: Norton. Ended up not buying any wine to bring back. We still had a bit of time left, so Wayne took us Good News Brewery, where they had NFL football on on their bar TVs. Unlike the other times where he set us up with water and a great place to eat/imbibe and then left us alone, here he sat down with us. It was a fun way to finish off the day. It was more than an hour for him to take us back to our starting point in Edwardsville. He still had to go back home which was in the opposite direction, so he had worked quite a bit more than a full day. But he was great throughout, and I had no problem promising him that we would promote and recommend his business whenever we could.

This is a small station that serves both Amtrak and Greyhound passengers. It wasn't the cleanest…read morefacility, and it can get fairly crowded during arrivals and departures, but the crowds seem to clear out quickly. There is also a small restaurant, Arch City Deli, inside that offers a small selection of food and drinks. Most of the employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. One advantage of this location is that it's just a short walk to Union Station, which offers several attractions, and restaurants, if you're looking for a way to pass the time before your trip. Overall, it's a functional transportation hub that serves its purpose, though it could benefit from improved cleanliness.

Wow we are spoiled in Kansas City. This is a 1970s…read moredilapidated station. Fairly convenient location and part of the cities metro stops as well as greyhound station. But run down, dirty and barely any seats. Not a comfortable or nice experience. But served its purpose.
