Today I took my 6 month old to this dentist office! It was her first visit and Dr.Lin and staff were extra sweet and welcoming they took very good care of us and checked my baby girls two teeth. Overall it was a great experience the staff was awesome ! They also let us get a toy duck even though she's a baby they still included us! I definitely recommend this office. I was really impressed by the level of attention and care that the entire staff has at this location. They are all very good with children. The place is very welcoming. It doesn't feel intimidating. They allow the parents in with the children if they want to be back there and the way they interact with the children is very special. I was just so impressed on how good the dentist was with the children, he even sang a song. I love the transparency with the treatments, how much they were going to cost and what our options were. We have now been there twice and I'm very happy with how they've been treated each time. They even called after a few hours to see how the patient is doing later in the day. read more

We recently changed dentist for our kids. A big reason we changed was front office staff. As soon as I called, we felt so welcomed! She helped me find the best date and sent me information to quickly get my kids signed in. We came in with both kids at the same time and everything went so smooth! They were just as kind as they were on the phone. Our kids felt so at home. Dr. Lin was exceptional with our littlest. My 3 yo and my 6 yo both went home talking how they can't wait to come back! My son had to have more work done and we had to come again, Dr Lin found the best solution for us and made the experience so comfortable for my son who was a little nervous and for us as well ! Absolutely love this place! 1. It's so clean and beautiful I wish I lived there. 2. They are prompt. 3. They EXPLAIN, they show me the dark spots on my kids teeth and make sure I see and understand whatever is going on. 4. Dr. Lin is so kind he actually came out to greet my children before their appointment today. 5. They are respectful- they confirm what I owe before services to make sure I'm not forced to pay something I wouldn't have authorized. Wow what a great place! My son who is 3 years old was so scared before his visit that he was crying hysterically in the car... We had a very bad experience at a previous dental place. Anyway as soon as we walked in I guess he could sense how nice and attentive the receptionist was with him because he immediately changed his attitude and from that point on the experience was phenomenal. From the receptionist, x ray tech to the Dr all were highly skilled in bedside manners with kids! Wow the Dr even sang cute songs to my son about brushing his teeth and just over all made him laugh and happy to be there. Dr. Lin was very generous with the information given pertaining to the upkeep of my daughters teeth. He took his time and answered every question I had and gave additional information as well. The hygienist was so awesome! She made my daughter feel comfortable with getting X-rays as well as the cleaning. The facility is modern and a place children will be excited about. They even have prize dispensary for the kids upon leaving , so freaking cute! Very kid friendly atmosphere which is a plus especially dealing with toddlers. We will be back in 6 months. read more

Couldn't ask for a better experience. So far both kids have had a cleaning and my oldest had fillings. Both appointments were quick and painless and they got to choose a prize afterwards. This was our first time coming into the office front desk staff was so nice and welcoming and the assistant was so patient and sweet with my daughter she is only 3 years old this was her first time taking xrays and she walked her though everything making her feel comfortable !
