I'm still waiting for a refund of $355.00 I've been waiting since October 2025. They keep telling me 2 more weeks. I'm a 77 yr old woman with Leukemia and I live on social security. This place should be ashamed. I will NEVER recommend this place and will NEVER go back. My next step is to call BBB and channel 8, hopefully they will air my complaint. read more

A family member and myself had an appointments the same day, our first visit to this office covered under insurance. I had X-rays, color 3D scanning, cleaning, polish and doctors exam. 50 yrs of dental care and I've never had a doctor examine prior to the cleaning. I asked if I was going to get a cleaning and it was almost an "oh yeah, oopsies!" Then the polishing I feel was less than thorough. After getting home we talked about our experience. My wife did not get the same treatments. They skipped her scan. She said the same about the polishing that it seemed careless and incomplete. Lastly and most bizarre. Wife said She asked to use restroom and was directed to a restroom where there was no toilet paper and NO RUNNING water. Personally, I was appalled. You can not tell me that everyone in the office did not know that that restroom was out of service. read more

I was having pain in one of my molars whenever I was chewing. I thought I needed a new filling, but the dentist told me that she though there might be a crack in the tooth. She told me that I should get a crown. I was reluctant to get a crown, but she assured me that it would be ok. The crown that they installed was flat and wasn't the same shape as my tooth was. Then without asking my permission, she filed down my upper tooth quite a bit so it didn't hit the crown. Then she started hitting three of my other molars with one of her dental instruments telling me that she would put crowns on those next. I wasn't even having a problem with any of those teeth. After I left a one star google review she called me on the phone and was very rude. read more

Here is my experience with Brush365. I have been going to this dentist for normal things, cavities, cleanings.. etc. what initially drew me to this place was that they are open on evenings and weekends. Everything was great my first few experiences with them. I felt taken care of, and felt like I had quality work done. But then, I had a root canal at a specialist for that, and then went to brush 365 for my crown. This is where everything went wrong. My first crown, the temporary crown they put on for while the permanent one was being made, was put on and fell out the same day. They did say it's not super strong but it should last a few weeks. I was disappointed it fell out the same day but I guess they did say it's not strong and to expect this. Then it was time for my permanent crown. I went in, and before they put it on, they have to take some scans or X-rays of the area, I guess to make sure the crown will fit. The person that did the X-rays seemed very nervous, inexperienced and uncertain. It took a really long time for her to do this. Other people came in and out of the room and asked her how she was doing because it was taking a while. I'm all for someone learning, but I think a heads up would've been nice that that was the case. So, my crown is put on. After a few days I get used to it. The dentist told me when I asked that the crowns can last up to 10 years. This crown fell out in a matter of a month. The permanent crown. Every visit to the dentist was time I had to take off from work to tend to this issue. And honestly, it seemed like no big deal to them. Like my time was not valuable and this sort of thing happens and it's no biggie. At this point I'm feeling really uneasy and didn't have much faith that the crown that had fallen out once would hold up, as their recommendation was to just re-adhere the same crown again. I asked for a refund after this. I don't want to continue wasting my time and gas and money going somewhere that is not taking my concern's seriously and not doing quality work anymore. I had to pester them for weeks to get a response back. Ultimately they told me no, they could absolutely not refund my money because they had spent time and money working on my teeth and making the crown. I was shocked that this is what they chose to do. My only other choice was to have the crown remade by the dentist that owns the whole practice. I live in Keller and normally went to the hurst location. The dentist that owns the practice goes to all locations, so I worked with an office manager of some sort to see that dentist on a Saturday, so I would not have to take more time off work to deal with this. Still spending my time nonetheless! So my appointment is set, but then I receive an email weeks later stating that the dentist changed her schedule and would no longer be working weekends. I couldn't believe it. They would not honor my original appointment. I was then forced to reschedule, again, to work with this new schedule. I ended up having to schedule in the Frisco location, which was a 1 hour and 3 minute drive from my home. I decided to just bite the bullet and do this so I could get the crown redone and be done dealing with this practice. This whole experience was a literal nightmare. The business practices are laughably bad. The lack of customer service is astounding. Please, If you need a dentist, avoid this place like the plague. read more

Brush365 Hurst is my new Dentist home. I needed a new dentist when I broke a crown. A friend recommended them. They got me in quickly, took Xrays and set me up for a deep cleaning and new crown the following week. They did a great job. Dr. Blake and his assistants and hygienist are amazing. So professional but friendly and dedicated to their customers and their Needs. I highly recommend them. read more

brush365 | Hurst 800 Forest Oaks Ln Suite A, Hurst, TX 76053 Came in for surgical extraction. Dentist ruined a crown on another tooth in the process and refused to take ANY responsibility. Furthermore, they cannot seem to submit a claim after having repeated attempts providing complete information as well as having the insurance company contacting them at least twice. DO NOT go here- RUN the other way. I paid upfront for this procedure, have waited 4 months to get my money back from insurance and they simply do not care. read more

I apologize in advance to the owner but hopefully this feedback helps: I was a patient since 2/2019 and went every 3 months for my regular cleanings but effective 01/2020, I wouldn't recommend sensible ppl go there because of the office staff (office manager): Here is why: 1. I went consistently (every 3 months) and they over looked a large cavity that had been forming which required them to put on a crown. The Dentist literally was in utter shock and called a tech to see how bad it was the day of my forth cleaning Nov 2019. It isn't logical if a dental hygienist is always cleaning your gums and teeth to get a cavity as large as mines because it didn't happen over night. 2. This company no longer has customer service skills. And when you call them out on it they become defensive. 3. They overcharge you and don't review insurance in advance of appointments for changes or updates. - I was quoted under $300 in Nov 2019 for my crown with my insurance and then quoted that price at booking in Jan. 2020 and at arrival to my service I was quoted over $500. I spent 45 minutes advising the office manager and operational manager that this was incorrect and they continued to blame the previous insurance person for the mistake. The operational manager threw the previous insurance woman under the bus and advised that she was the reason for the change of the current person in her place Laura. And becoming so emotional and frustrated I decided to call my insurance company to verify this information and they were wrong, after looking foolish she apologized and tried to make it up to me by waiving 100.00 off an instant crown. All I wanted was an apology for the mistake no reward for proving them wrong or doing their job. 4. There staff has changed in the last year to better support clients but their efforts have failed. -my hygienist I was told by staff left because of the owners making her work weekends and the company really doesn't make any money on the weekend or most of the extended hours. -Laura is the office manager and she has no clue what she's doing which again is why I wasted 45 minutes because she had the wrong insurance when I arrived at my appointment. I called her to advise my insurance said the appointment was less than I paid and she said she would get back to me she didn't until I called back a week later about the email she sent to the operational manager about the status of the over payment, and when I called I did all the critical thinking for her to find the old email that she had told me she would send out. She still didn't have a clue on what was going on with the check. And to this day 3/15/2020, she says she sent it in the mail with some sort of letter probably baning me for telling her the truth which is: she is unorganized, lacks customer service and that it can't be that difficult to critically think. 5. Management refuses or ignores request for call backs. 6. Two of the dentist at the location at currently pregnant (congrats) so they may be MIA for a while which is why new dentist are joining. 7. One staff member tells you the instant crown option is a perk, and then because they tried to apologize about wasting 45 minutes of my time they told me they would waive the 100.00 fee. Not all customers are trying to get off on you, I just wanted to know why I was being over charged and an apology. I didn't want to be "rewarded" a mistake on your part. read more

Love this dentist and her entire office. They call to check on me after appointments, I like that! Everyone in the office is nice and down to earth. My last dentist's ultimate goal was to charge me as much as possible and complain that he couldn't charge my insurance company more... Dr. Mahmood is professional and does a great job. Dr. Sarah Mahmood and all of her ladies are all so sweet and genuine with their patient care. I had my wisdom teeth removed by her. I barely had any swelling or pain afterward until a few days after. When I thought I had a complication I texted her number and she immediately gave me a call to see what was going on. She asked me to come in the next day for her to take a look and check on everything. She fit me into her schedule the next day without an apt. I just showed up at her office after work and she was able to see me no problem within 20 minutes or so of waiting. She genuinely takes her time and talks with you about all of your questions and concerns related to anything about your procedures. I would highly recommend anyone to visit her and the rest of her team! read more

One of the greatest dentists ever! I recently went out to eat and had a filling come out of my tooth. I called the office and was able to get in the same week. The front staff was amazing at handling my appointment and insurance information. I got a text reminder and a friendly call. The office is amazing and definitely top notch. The wait time was minimal and I was greeted to the back office. At my appointment I was greeted by Dr. Mahmood. Upon her examination, she explained that my filling had come out and I was able to get it replaced that same day. She was very attentive and through the intraoral camera I was able to see where my filing came out. She explained everything was very thorough and friendly. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone as I have had a great experience! read more

Terrible follow up, went in for dentures they quoted me a price went back about a month later and they informed me they were no longer doing dentures because they had a lab that couldn't make a proper denture. The day before i was told to come in. Then as i said suddenly they quit doing dentures. I was supposed to do the lowers in 2019 then in 2020 do the uppers so i would have no out of pocket expense. They sure screwed me over. Plus it took 5 calls to get a price from them every time it was oh I'm so sorry but this reason or another reason they hadn't gotten a price they promised to call back they never did. I finally went in the office to get pricing 2 days later they decided not to do dentures any longer. Who ever runs those clinics needs to have her ass kicked to the curb. Don't ever step foot in that office. So unprofessional . Be careful they probably will quit filling teeth or some other bullshit. They don't know how to run a dental clinic. Who ever the asshole is that made the denture decision needs to be fired. Thus place is a fing joke read more

I came here for a deep clean. The place is super clean, brand new, and the entire staff is very friendly. My hygienist, Brenda made me feel at ease by keeping a light conversation throughout the procedure. She did an excellent job of explaining each step. They made me feel comfortable and worked with all my needs/concerns. Dr. Mahmoud is a very knowledgeable and makes sure her patients receive the care and treatment they expect. I am scheduled to come for a periodontal maintenance in a couple months; and would advise everyone to schedule their future dentist appointments with her! read more

This is my second review of Brush. Last week I needed to get my wisdom teeth pulled out. Dr. Mahmood referred me to her colleague, Peridontal and Implant surgeon, Dr. Hamidi. I was nervous, but I trust Dr. Mahmood and went ahead and scheduled an appointment. While getting your wisdom teeth removed can be extremely traumatic, the staff at Brush. did everything to make it as smooth as possible. Kelly, the office manager took care of every detail and made sure I was absolutely aware of the costs associated and what my insurance would cover. Dr. Hamidi walked me through the process, compensated for the fact I didn't want to be sedated by making sure I was comfortable throughout the process and his assistant gave exceptional care during and after the procedure, and Dr. Mahmood and her staff were also around to periodically check in with me to make sure I was ok. They also made sure my prescriptions were ready to be picked up from the pharmacy BEFORE I left the clinic, so I wouldn't have to be in pain. Over the next few days, Brush. staff called me multiple times to make sure I was ok. Brush. dental went above and beyond, and I'm so grateful! read more
