They also did not want to wait the 45 days for the insurance to pay them for my first appointment, which I had asked them to re-file it, since the issue was fixed, the supervisor did not want to and made a point to say "we only file the claims out of courtesy" along with suggesting that I paid in full and my insurance paid me back. That right there, means they just care about the money, not the patients. We ended up canceling the appointment because I was scared they would try to charge me more than what I should be charged and I would not be able to come back 3 weeks late to get my crown on. Needless to say, I am unable to get a phone call back from them and had to go to an emergency dental place to get a tooth pulled & a bad cavity filled, which.. My insurance paid in full.

I then went to a dentist to install the crowns onto the new implants, only to learn that Cris King has installed the implants too high, leaving no room for the crown. Dr King suggested a 2nd opinion from a dentist he referred, that dentist concurred, there was no room for the crown...the remedy, a double root canal for the upper molars so that they could grind down both uppers. All of this was very expensive...I want my money back, but Dr King will not respond to any or my phone calls or email. He is not an honorable man, beware of this one.
