He did a bit of quick assessment and examined 6 outlets, and 3 were corroded and had to be replaced, which he did. He also removed a dead GFCI and replaced it with a standard outlet. Deon also let me know that they were on the way to our home, prior to the appointment time, which to me is a professional way of conducting business!
