The work was extremely clean and professional, and they made sure to clean everything up before they left. He also took the time to look at and diagnose an issue I thought I was having with a light fixture. It turned out that no repair was actually needed, and he assisted me with it free of charge rather than trying to sell me an unnecessary repair. I really appreciated that honesty. Eric also explained the Duke Energy EV charger rebate/credit program to me and walked me through the steps and documentation I would need. I had no knowledge of the program beforehand, so that was incredibly helpful. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. He texted before arriving and followed up afterward. The invoice was detailed with everything clearly broken out, and the pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work and level of service. I got a few quotes and Eric was reasonably priced, walked me through exactly what he was going to do, and provided me a quote that broke everything down cleanly. He was able to start the job within a couple of days of me selecting him and did some of the cleanest electrical work I have seen. He took great care in opening and reclosing the wall above the panel. Wiring in the attic looks like has always been there. And the installation of the outlets and lighting are neat and clean. I contacted Mebane Electrical and after a short discussion, I was told they would come back out to finish the job. I never recieved an apology.
