Absolutely terrible. Refused to answer my questions, never explained what he was doing (even if I…read moredid ask, he would just pretend I hadn't said anything), was cold and distant, and even violated HIPPA by asking me a question about my sister-in-law during one of my appointments. His negligence lead to my niece's death, and even in spite of this, he was no more concerned when I was in labor! The rest of the hospital was scared stiff! He says "I'm not worried about that" when he thinks you don't deserve to have information. He treated me like a child, very disrespectful. He was not concerned with anything I wanted (a living baby included!) and if not for the doctor on-call that night who ordered an emergency c-section, I feel quite confident he would have let my baby die (and perhaps me too) and not felt bad about it. His receptionists are as bad as he is. It is impossible to schedule a convenient appointment, they talk down to you like you're 6 years old, and I even sat there waiting for an appointment and a nurse was taking me back to a room before they decided to tell me he wasn't going to be there! I will never have a baby in Helena again in the case that I have to deal with this doctor. I can't stress enough to stay as far away from him as possible!

Dr. Dodge used to be the best provider I had seen in forever. Used to be... that was almost five…read moreyears ago. Since then she has become so busy and swamped that when you visit her, she treats you like a new person every time she sees you (meaning she can't remember her own patients). It is impossible to get a hold of her and they rarely consider anything important enough to schedule more rapidly than a month to two months out. EVEN when you have issues after being diagnosed with cancer by a different doctor. Her nurses constantly tell you different stories and I wonder whose medical records they are looking at when I call. You better hope you never miss a call from this doctor or God forbid you end up in the phone tag run around. I will be finding a new doctor, and that is just as frustrating that I am so disillusioned I have to go to those lengths.
