If you are considering this treatment you will not be disappointed! I was hoping to treat my stress incontinence. I have had 3 pregnancies with one being a twin pregnancy. I would try to do kegel exercises but my pelvic floor was so weak that they were actually difficult to do. After Votiva my pelvic floor is so much stronger and I can do kegels without any problem. Although the bladder issues were my reason for going in I have also been very happy with the huge improvement in the tissue laxity I had. It has greatly improved my intimacy with my husband. I wish I would have done this sooner, I didn't know I was missing out. The treatment itself is not painful at all. There is no down time. I was made very comfortable during the process and did not find it uncomfortable or embarrassing to have the treatments done. This really will give you great results on many levels, don't put it off any longer! I hope you will be as happy with your results as I have been.
