While we were scheduling follow-up appointments, the receptionist helping us became distracted when another patient walked in, and we were left waiting while the staff chatted among themselves. She then had to ask for my birth date again because she had lost track of the conversation. It made us feel ignored and wasn't the level of professionalism we expected.
