Dr dodge is a good doctor but I am really tired of her yelling at me and saying stuff to me that I…read moream not doing every day and that is messaging my providers everyday I am not doing anything like that like she says I am and I am not and she is also saying that I am going to the urgent care every weekend and I have not gone every Weekend I just went once last month and she keeps telling me that I am going every weekend and I am not and she also keeps telling me that I am messaging different providers the same thing and I am not either and she said that I am abusing the patient portal and I am not and she has been doing this to alot of times and I am really tired of it when she yells at me and saying stuff that I am not doing at all

Dr. Dodge used to be the best provider I had seen in forever. Used to be... that was almost five…read moreyears ago. Since then she has become so busy and swamped that when you visit her, she treats you like a new person every time she sees you (meaning she can't remember her own patients). It is impossible to get a hold of her and they rarely consider anything important enough to schedule more rapidly than a month to two months out. EVEN when you have issues after being diagnosed with cancer by a different doctor. Her nurses constantly tell you different stories and I wonder whose medical records they are looking at when I call. You better hope you never miss a call from this doctor or God forbid you end up in the phone tag run around. I will be finding a new doctor, and that is just as frustrating that I am so disillusioned I have to go to those lengths.
