There used to be a provider in Butte with a similar name, I'm assuming that is who they are referring to. I seldom leave reviews on this thing but when I saw a poor review, I knew I had to tell my story. My struggle with mental illness and the remnants of an abusive childhood had taken over my life. I'm successful, well-educated, with a wonderful partner and family, and have had a good career, but there have been many days I'd just hide in a dark room and cry, or be unreasonably hurtful to those I cared for the most. I also was raised in an environment where psychiatric care was seen as "fake" and an "excuse". Going to a "brain wrangler" seemed like a personal failure, but I really was at the end of my rope. Then I met Kristy Boese. Kristy is down to earth, relatable, funny, and extremely competent and smart. She's from here, so I knew she and I had a similar background growing up and I instantly felt comfortable with her. Kristy has worked with me, listened to me, answered my phone calls and emails and has held my hand as we worked to get my brain chemistry under control and my mental health not only on an even keel but to where I feel better now than I ever have. She also found the perfect counselor for me and I have been able to thrive. Kristy's office has worked with me through changes in jobs, insurances, no insurance periods, and I truly believe they have my well-being as their top priority. I can't recommend her enough.

My Mom, who has Alzheimer's, is on a pain management program that is specific for her physical health and her continuing loss of memory or comprehension. Everyone at Helena Ortho is professional, caring, kind, and excellent at their job. I've never experienced anything negative with this practice.

I had somehow been stung by a wasp on my heel, which resulted in Sepsis. I did not know that I had blood poisoning and could have perished easily. My leg was hard and a blood line began to appear. I knew I was in trouble at that point, and went directly to Helena Urgent Care. They got me in immediately and I was seen by Dr Earl Booke. I hope I am spelling his name correctly, as it is from memory. Dr Book was extremely concerned and told me what was happening. I was lucky that it was caught before worse happened. He prescribed the appropriate Anti-Biotics as well as a pain reliever. The concern this man had for me almost brings tears to my eyes, even today. He was so kind. I hope he is still working at HUC! Or retired and having a great life! Dr Booke saved my life. When I was at HUC the few times I had to go there, the waiting room and everything else was clean and well kept. Everyone at the front desk was kind and compassionate as well. Totally the opposite of what would happen at St Peter's Hospital, where they treat you terribly. They would have let me perish at St Peter's, and I know that is true with every fibre of my being. So glad Helena has this Urgent Care Clinic on Neill Avenue, and I hope it is as great as it was when I was there! Thank you, Dr Earl Booke and Helena Urgent Care!

I should have walked out when I came in and saw dirty furniture and 2 staff more concerned with programming the waiting room TV than serving patients.
