I attended this clinic for abscess care. There were no x-rays or labs done. I was at the clinic for approximately fifteen minutes. I informed the nurse of what my issue was. They charged $1062.76 for the service. They sent me a non-itemized bill with my portion to be for $512. The bill just listed medical services. I requested an itemized bill that was not itemized. I was told the consultation alone was over $300. The consultation consisted of me informing the nurse of my issue. Probably less than a minute. I did contact their billing but they were not any help. Unfortunately, their treatment proved worse than the issue and it ended up healing on it's own. However, the real disappointment was the care received and especially the amount they charged. Dr. Paula Colledge, at Riverwood was like: Omg....I have never felt a back like this! The muscles are like rocks! She was very concerned, and I was treated like a human being, whereas at St Peter's, I was not. I cannot thank this clinic enough, for taking me and my injury seriously, and doing something about it. Would this ever happen at St Peter's hospital or Clinic? Never. At least, not for me. Everything about this clinic and hospital is negative. The people that work there only care about getting paid. That is all they are in it for. It has happened to me and to many others, and I have witnesses to it, so it can be proven true. Do not bother going here for anything. They will not help you and will do everything to harm you instead. It is just the way they operate at this place. Char Lewis even called me at home one time, and screamed obscenities at me over the phone. I recorded it. St Peter's is well aware of what she did but chose to do nothing but let her go, I guess. She cared about my time and comfort and went above and beyond. The urgent care itself I was seen quickly and efficiently. Staff was kind. Plus, he very much treats my 'entire' being...by that I mean he treats me as "the spiritual being having a physical experience" that I am and his concern also includes the psychological aspect as well...I LOVE that he is concerned about every aspect of me and not just my physical symptoms and ailments.. He is always willing to spend whatever time is necessary during my appointments addressing my questions. I don't feel rushed or like I am a nuisance. In my book, he is one of the best doctors I have ever had. I highly recommend Dr.Ibsen and wouldn't hesitate to take any of my loved ones to him for treatment.

My elderly mother was discharged from the ER but was able to perform daily tasks, she probably should have been admitted to the hospital. I reached out to the hospital, to a social worker to get some help or resources regarding what we may be able to do in regards to her health and living situation but they didn't return my call. But hey, why return calls or come up with solutions to an ongoing issue when they can fleece Medicare for ambulance rides and ER visits. If you don't absolutely need to utilize this facility, I highly recommend going to Great Falls or Missoula.

She had a compressed fracture in her back and was never put in a brace, when I finally got her transferred to St Pats in Missoula that was the first thing they did was to put a back brace on her and also had to an additional x ray since Deer lodge never stabilized her back. She started asking for breakfast from multiple nurses at 7 AM and was finally served at 1030AM. Only two nurses were competent. All Deer Lodge did was want to feed here pain pills and kick her out the front door. Don't ever set foot in this place. Worst hospital ever.
