This place is a joke. Im trying to buy a car from them and doing way too much. Apparently cars sell so well they don't need my business. I keep getting AI responses -- when I do call the dealership I get some young kids that probably don't know a BMW from a Hyundai -- I cant get an actual sales rep on the phone. They also tell me they aren't an 'online' dealer. Don't post your cars online then? I've bought from standard Audi, Cadillac and Porsche dealers from around the country with no issue. I buy the car -- I send a truck -- you put it on the truck; boom, done. I'm trying to purchase a $50k vehicle from them -- I'm the buyer -- you should be attempting to get my money, I shouldn't be jumping through hoops to get an actual salesman. read more

Very slippery dealer, Just bought my 2nd car from them, shame on me.. The only reason I did was they had a used vehicle with 113 miles. They are the type of dealer that won't tell you the price, just ask where do you want your payment to be. Wouldn't tell me the interest rate until I'm signing. I think they honestly make you sit there for 4 plus hours so that you want to leave so badly, you will just sign anything to get out of there. Horrible. Stay away. My husband and I had come here this past summer to look at some trucks. First off we got ignored for the first half hour by several people. They didn't come off as professional. They didn't come off as someone we'd like to do business with. Long story short after looking at other places and buying through a different Ford, not only did we hear through friends (and another ford dealer) who had almost purchased through here, and he has also written a review and was treated very poorly. And This Ford was very dishonest and pulled the rug underneath him. Which they have refused to even comment on the review. Should show you a lack of integrity, a lack of character, and a lack of good business done with this Ford. Which seems to be the resounding overall majority of reviews that are poor. Very similar experiences to each of them. Happy we never returned, happy we never bought anything from them. Really sad to see a business run this way. Worst customer service ever. We bought a 2019 Infiniti QX60 for my son and within a week it was leaking oil. It did not come with a warranty but since they wanted to charge us 2500.00 for a prep fee you would think they would have noticed a oil leak. They give you a text line for customers and I sent 2 text messages with no response. So I then called and left 2 messages for our salesman Keith to call me and never received a call back. I then left 2 messages for a manager to call me and no return call. I feel that even though we didn't have a warranty that they should fix this issue as they clearly sold us a car with known issues. Also be careful in the finance dept. The guy added on a 4500.00 extended warranty without even asking us if we wanted a extended warranty which we did take off. read more

I recently took my vehicle in to get the heat fixed. Everything else in my car was working fine - had even had an oil change and brake check about a month prior (all looked good). They offered me a shuttle so that I could go to work while they fixed the heat. Not only did they forget about me for an hour, they then offered to deliver my vehicle to me once it was done, which they did not fulfill. When they called to let me know it was fixed, they said the people who normally deliver the vehicles were gone for the day. Luckily, I could get a ride to the dealership but if I couldn't, I would've been screwed. I picked up my car after work around 6pm and the heat did work. On the way home, my car's brakes were sensitive and I couldn't drive above 40 mph. When I tried, it ended up jamming the brake and overheating the vehicle. I had to pull into a gas station and get out while the vehicle smoked. Returned the car to the service area. The next business day, they called saying that they had forgotten to put the brake back into place after fixing the heat. They were set to deliver it back to me around 12:30. 12:30 came and went before they called me to say they drove the car and the same issues happened, which means that they did not do a test drive before trying to return the vehicle (which is why I wanted it delivered). If I was going to pick it up, it would have done the same exact thing. They ended up having to replace some parts that were working perfectly fine before I had brought it to them. They did replace them for free, though I do not think the 4-hour wait for AAA or the confusion and waiting caused by this dealership was worth it. I still ended up paying $1000 for my heat to be fixed (or $999.99 after the service adviser told me he could keep it under a thousand). Luckily, this happened over a holiday so I didn't have to work, but will never be using this service again. They did call the following week to get feedback. I told them everything and they mentioned that a manager might be in touch with me about my feedback. After talking with my father, the same dealership had previously broken the hubcaps of the same vehicle when they took it in for quick service before. My dad also gave them feedback and never heard back from a manager so I doubt I will. Even if I do, people should be warned. read more

Extremely disappointed with the way Huntley Ford handled our experience. We were shown a car by Dave that we really liked. During the test drive, the AC blew only hot air, so we asked for it to be repaired before moving forward. The next day, we were told the car was sent to Mercedes for repairs, and we made it clear that once fixed, we wanted to come back, inspect it, and buy it. Less than 24 hours later, we got a call saying the car had been sold -- no follow-up, no courtesy call, no chance to follow through on our word. This is unprofessional, misleading, and a waste of our time. If a customer shows serious interest and commits to purchasing once an issue is fixed, selling the vehicle out from under them without notice shows zero respect for the customer. It sends a clear message that the dealership values making a quick sale over honoring commitments, transparency, or basic integrity in doing business. On top of that, I have been trying to get the attention of the General Manager, and every time I call, whoever answers the phone refuses to connect me or take responsibility. This level of avoidance and disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from them to get everything in writing, because verbal assurances clearly mean nothing here. read more

This is actually a **-10**. Called and talked to Jett about a vehicle we are interested in. Jett kept asking when we could come in, after advising him that we are 3.5-4 hours away and would like to agree on numbers first. Who wants to drive that distance, only to not agree on numbers and then turn around and drive home. What a waste of my time and money and the dealerships time. "We sell over 600 vehicles a month, we don't sell over the internet",replied Jett. What? What do you mean you don't sell over the internet? We agree on numbers over the phone, our bank will wire the money to the dealership and we will arrive for the vehicle. Jett said, "Nope that's not how we operate." The last 3 vehicles we've bought, were bought over the phone and delivered on a trailer. I asked to speak to a manager and Jett said "I have many managers, why do you want to talk to a manager, they are gonna tell you the same thing." This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. Trying to get an out the door price is like pulling teeth. They play all the old dealer games here. They tack on garbage fees for paint protection, fabric guard, etc, etc. When you tell them you don't want that, they claim it is non-negotiable. Not to mention they add on a delivery fee, on a used vehicle. The sales manager acts like he is doing you a big favor, by talking to you, which was a waste of time anyhow. I have heard that good help is hard to find, but they are really scraping the bottom of the barrel here. Even manpower wouldn't let these losers in the door. I can certainly see why there are so many bad reviews. I made contact with the dealership very interested in a BMW that they had on the use lot. I live out of state, and I simply asked for information on the tires and brakes and some more candid photos and if the car has a smoke smell. Before driving from Michigan to buy it. I wasn't sure if someone will be right back with me.. I called a total of five times requesting information never to hear back. And just know someone name, Christine called to ask if I was still interested in it. When I told her I've called five requesting information that I was very but it didn't seem like they were very interested in selling it. Went to check out an SUV at Huntley Ford for my daughter and her husband who live out of state. First off, you need an appointment to look at a car. If you put a deposit down, it is non-refundable. LOL. That should have been my first red flag. RUN, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THESE SCAMMERS. They advertised the vehicle as Certified Pre-Owned. Start dealing with them and all of a sudden it was a new, inflated total. Car was advertised at $55,595, and ad reflected that it was Certified Pre Owned. Salesman said it "means" that the car is "ELIGBLE" to "BE" Certified Pre Owned and that would add another $1500 to the price of the car. They added $4k for "Dealer Prep." I inquired about that charge. Salesman said that is the dealer's profit to make on the car. Then he cut that amount down to $2k. Add the price of car, plates, "DEALER PREP" of $2k, and the total was $60,230. (No tax as purchaser is Active Duty Military) ONLY $4645.00 MORE than the car was advertised. THE OLD BAIT AND SWITCH BS. Seriously, they think the consumer doesn't do their research? NO WONDER THEY HAVE ALL OF THESE HORRIBLE REVIEWS!! . They are shady, sneaky, snakes. Looked at a Bronco yesterday (3/27/24) and the salesperson said these vehicles were hard to come by, so there would be a 10k-15k market adjustment. Either he was instructed to tell customers this or should be fired. First of all, most educated consumers will look for a Bronco at several different dealerships to find the best deal before making a purchase. Secondly, you can literally do a search on the Ford website to find a Bronco at or slightly below MSRP at a number of dealerships within a 500-mile radius. Not to mention days of supply and inventory can be found online. Last week, I negotiated a deal on a Bronco at a 1k below MSRP fewer than three miles from where I live but I decided to wait. If you go to Huntley Ford and encounter a similar experience with a market adjustment, please post a review on Yelp as this is the only way to stop these unethical practices. read more

If you bring your vehicle in for a diagnostic check-up, you are charged two separate fees. One for the diagnosis, and another for the repair. Most places include the diagnosis if you have your vehicle repaired by them. Also, no guarantees if the diagnosis is incorrect and you repair something that did not need repairing. Dealers are notorious for over-charging, but historically stand by their work. It seems to me that dealers standards have dropped significantly, there is little to NO professionalism, and it has become a Money Grab. Even the coffee and hot chocolate in the waiting rooms has become watered-down and tasteless. read more

I have been going to Huntley Ford for years. I got a text on my phone that I was due for an oil change so I clicked on the link (as seen in the picture) to make my appointment. In the link it also asked- do you need any other services? I wrote that there was a small nail stuck in my tire so I needed my tires looked it as well. I arrived to my APPOINTMENT on time and they said that the wait time is 2 hours. I said but I have an appointment and they said well the appointments are for service only. I said well I am servicing my tires as well- I might need them replaced because I have a nail in one and it saying low air after constant filling it up. He says well you are here for an oil change too so you have to wait and that's first come first serve. THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE ADVERTISING!!! THE LINK CLEARLY STATES MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND I EXPLAINED MY NEED FOR OTHER SERVICES. I have little babies, I am a working mom of 2 jobs, this isn't going to work. I've always been happy with my dealings with Huntley Ford and predecessor Tom Peck. Bought four vehicles over the years, had all my service work done there, the company has made several thousands of dollars from my patronage. Does that count for anything? Apparently not. I want to purchase an extended warranty on my car. I have called three times over six weeks, and the phone person directed me to the finance department all three times. I've left three detailed messages, but no return call. I was at Huntley Ford recently for an oil change, and tried to meet with one of the finance people. Sorry, not available, someone will call you. Didn't happen. (It's not like the sales and finance departments were busy...it was like a cemetery in there that morning.) I know from talking to one of the service reps that the firm does offer an extended warranty, so I am baffled as to why my inquiries are being ignored. Talk about an easy sale! The result of this episode is that my warm regards for Huntley Ford have evaporated into a lump of resentment and frustration. They blew it. There are several other Ford dealers in my area, and I will do business with one of them. But I have learned my lesson -- I will check the Yelp reviews first. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change via the Quick Lane website. I always schedule oil changes so I don't have to waste my time. I arrived on time and waited 60 minutes before my vehicle work even began. In total, a simple oil change took over an hour and 30 minutes with an appointment. Why does Quick Lane even offer appointments on the website? In fact, while I was waiting, I overheard the service tech state to a walk-in customer that "it's all first come, first served". On the positive side, they did offer a wash. However, even the wash took way too long.....especially after waiting 90 minutes for an oil change. Very unlikely I'll come back to Quick Lane. read more

OMG! My Daughters Escape was in for repair 10 times!!!! They do not know how to repair and suck at customer service.......never buy or have a car serviced there ever!!!!!!!!!!! This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealer. I went through 3 service writers in 5 months which should say something right there. Water pump, timing chain, spark plugs and wires, power train control module, throttle body, alternator and the car was still towed in to the dealer. They actually had the car and had to have it towed them selves because it broke down on them!!!! No loaner and they actually said that my daughter just wanted a new car because they sucked at trouble shooting. Never talk to Ron in service......will just fed you a line of bullshit! I wish i could give a negatve review, as some one who is also a mechanic at another dealer i understand how dealers work. But by god... I dropped off my car with them last Tuesday and was told i would be getting a call either Thursday or Friday with an update. Not a single call, pretty bullshit. Was also going to be charged for a $70 fee for them to clean my timing cover off. Which is a bullshit. Again i am also a mechanic, called them today and told me they havent touched my car yet. The dispatcher lied about when the car was dropped off. The service manager should be embaressed along with the adviser and dispatcher. Such crap read more

I got my oil changed on my 2019 Ford Mustang GT Premium. 3,000 mile on the car. They did not put any protection on the leather seat or floor when they got in to drive it into the bay. When I got home I popped the hood and there was oil all over the place. Took me 45 minutes to clean everything up. I take pride in keeping my car spotless and these kids just don't car. Needless to say that will be the last time I go there. Price was really high as well. I brought it to Ford thinking that I was going to have professionals working there. Stay away from the service department. They charged me $1450.00 for an alternator and made me wait 11 days to complete the job. ZERO communication, no updates, nothing. You have to constantly call and then they give you the go around. Stick with your local mechanic because they need your business and will treat you right. Big dealerships could care less. read more
