Placed order with them. They sent confirmation showing UPS as shipper but no tracking number. 12 days later their website shows that the order is still "processing," so I call. They claim it was shipped and delivered via FedEx yet no tracking number was ever sent.......As to the "processing" message, they state, "We no longer use that system..." FedEx indeed shows a delivery was made but since it's been 6 days since it was allegedly delivered and Cargo Equipment showed UPS as shipper, sent no tracking info whatsoever, and still shows my order as being processed.....there is virtually no chance of FedEx or me finding that package. No one does business like this in this day and age. Buyer Beware!.
Update: 10/25/17 FedEx has completed their "investigation". Their "terminal" (actually a contracted driver) "did not respond." So I again made contact with the company. "Gloria," continued to stall, stating that they had no word from FedEx etc.... Once again, I stated that I needed this commercial equipment that I ordered and offered to stand in recourse should the errant package be found and either pay for it or ship it back at my expense.....I was met with silence...except for Glorias canned excuses,. "We take care of our customers, we've been in business 12 years etc.".....As a customer, I've made every possible overture imaginable. Any business conducted this way is either failing (financially unable to extend missing product) or destined to fail. Caveat Emptor! I should have heeded the internet reviews.
