I bought a place and all the furniture was being delivered at 10am. It was supposed to be pre cleaned by seller. It was not. I didn't want my new furniture going on that. I contacted TNT thru Yelp and not only did they send me the nicest, most considerate humans ever, this place is glowing!!!! They got every corner, every window sill, every everything! Maybe I won't even get new furniture. They did a fantastic job. They were drenched in sweat bc it was 300 degrees in here but they smiled the entire time. I highly recommend. Thanks TNT! I would not recommend TNT Interior and Exterior…read more The appointment for Friday was scheduled. I took my dog to daycare my girlfriend left to work at a coffee shop and the house was prepped for an all-day deep clean. Tarina arrived to start cleaning at 9:45am and I gave a tour of the house -- she was energized and I was excited for a clean house. She started in the kitchen and cleaned the stovetop, took a break at 2 hours, and 45min later she informed me of a family emergency and left. Disappointed, but I get it, these things can happen (see attached for cleaning convo). However, I declined the follow-up appointment on Monday. The interaction on Friday did not make me feel safe. Maybe it was the letdown or the frantic interaction I had with her while she was in my house. She said it was her wife's sister who was diagnosed with cancer, her wife later said the issue was her daughter's broken tooth. Then the collection calls started to come. I was charged $145 for 3 hours of work. 3 hrs for a clean stovetop. No way. 1) She worked maybe 2 whole hours and 2) that's some nerve to bill that for a self-aborted job. I balked at the payment and received the following texts (also attached): "They have sent an invoice we need to receive payment for services rendered!!! Today before end of business day!!! Thank you!" "There is legal recourse for non-payment the company has zero-tolerance for these things" Bullied, I payed the invoice through Venmo (that or Zelle were my options) and I hope that you won't have to do the same. There are many options for cleaning services out there at similar prices. Find one that's a bit more trustworthy, reliable, and professional.

I did not select B&E Applications for my painting job, however I did contact Eric at B&E after…read morereceiving a referral from my local Sherwin WIlliams store. Eric had time right away to bid my job, he came over within an hour and of all of the five people who bid this job, he imparted the most knowledge. Most of the bidders just walked around, listened to me and then said, "Okay I'll send you a quote". But, Eric actually listened to me and TALKED to me about the project. He talked to me not just about what I wanted, but he also make recommendations based on my needs and what he saw. The reasons I did not select B&E applications was because it was very important to me to have this job completed before Thanksgiving and he told me he would not be able to start until after Thanksgiving. His bid was also the highest bid we received and was substantially higher at $2200, than the second highest big of $1600 that we went with. Had he had the time for us, however, it would have been a tough decision because I really liked him and the skill and knowledge he projected. When I don't have the work actually done and am only reviewing the bidding process it is my practice to give three stars, but this experience was really good, so even though he did not do our work, I give him 4 stars.

I do not recommend working with Manny and Jasmine…read more As a property manager, I hired them for a full apartment renovation in Escondido after the previous tenants left the unit in very poor condition. While this was more than a standard turnover, the project still should have taken no more than two months. Instead, it dragged on for several months. I ultimately fired them after repeatedly being charged for work I had not approved, being told crews were on-site when they weren't, and constantly getting the runaround on the project's status. After hiring a new contractor, he identified the source of a lingering urine odor within minutes - something that had gone unresolved for months because Manny was never on-site. The workmanship was also poor. I had to hire another contractor to redo the staircase. When I went to pick up the flooring, the shop let me know that they always had that flooring in stock. Jasmine spent almost a month telling me it was "ordered and on the way". Within one week of the tenant moving in, the upstairs shower leaked into the downstairs bathroom because the wrong shower valve had been installed, requiring remediation. I felt bad for the tenant, whose move-in had already been delayed by a month due to Jasmine promising the work would be done by a specific date and then having to extend the renovation. They also were not familiar with basic California smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector requirements, which I had to explain to them. A rule that Manny as a contractor and Jasmine as a project manager should know. As of today, they still owe the homeowner money for the remediation. Jasmine has sent photos claiming a check was mailed, but we've never received it. I stopped responding to her because I don't trust her. I hired them to make my job easier. Instead, I spent months correcting mistakes, disputing unapproved charges, managing delays, and ultimately hiring another contractor, who completed their mistakes and remaining work in less than two weeks. I would also like to note that their Yelp profile advertises "damage restoration" services, but that was not my experience. Their estimate included removing mold-affected drywall in a water heater closet. However, before I terminated their services, they told me that this was "not something they do."
