I hired Hunter Best Cleaning for a deep clean of my 3 bedroom 3 bath Town House. They responded to my request for a quote quickly and followed up with a time only two days later. The crew arrived on time and stayed on site until they were satisfied they had met my cleaning requirements for the entire unit. Everything was cleaned thoroughly including kitchen, oven, microwave, refrigerator, all floors, bathrooms, shower stalls, furniture, etc. It was the best cleaning service I have ever had done. I've used Hunter Best Cleaning twice and both times was very impressed with the company's expertise. The workers show up on time, with their own green products and equipment, ready to go. The first time I used them I'd been living in an apartment which hadn't had a deep cleaning in probably 5 years. My parents were coming to town and, needless to say, something definitely had to be done. I called Hunter's, effortlessly booked a cleaning, and was thrilled with the job they did. They left my apartment absolutely shining. Floors, windows, cabinets, bathtub, toilet, fridge, even closets - Dust free, clean and fresh. They went above and beyond what I thought could be done with that place. It smelled and looked amaaaaazing. So, when I planned a move into a new two bedroom apartment some months later, I called them again to clean before I moved in. The previous tenants had left me with tons of dust, spider webs, and overall "yuck". Hunter's crew worked very quickly and efficiently, cleaning every inch of the apartment. I mean, it was SPOTLESS. The best. I joined Yelp just to write this review, they are that good. My apartment had become very neglected over the past 8 years. The shower / tile, the fridge, the corners - all of it. No matter how much I cleaned, it just didn't seem to help. I called Hunter Best and they did an AMAZING -- AMAZING job. Everything looks brand new. This took a LOT of hard work (4 hours). Hunter Best did the post construction on a building my company purchased about 7 years ago. I was happy with the work they did and have contracted them on several occasions since to do various tasks. From window cleaning to floor cleaning they have gone far beyond what most companies would ordinarily do. They have always been respectful, punctual and competitive in pricing. HUNTERS BEST is the BEST!! They were recommended to me by my builder and friend of BTC Builders. So I already knew they came highly recommended. They were so accommodating!!! I was desperate!!! I called them I needed to get a full 3120 sq ft house cleaning scheduled this week as I had renters coming in Monday. They got me in right away. There was an amazing crew of 5 who cleaned the place top to bottom I couldn't believe how clean it was and how amazing it looked. The house I currently got staging furniture in it and they plumped pillows and vacuumed underneath the couches and made everything look beautiful and sparkling I was just beyond pleased with the work. They really do a thorough job at a really decent price. Very professional services!!! Other cleaning crews I've hired before didn't do near as great of a job... they even cleaned out trash! We used Hunters Best Cleaning for post construction cleaning. After supposedly cleaning the second story of our home, I found dust, scuff marks and basically not much cleaning had taken place. I thought they must have a system where they come back to do the closet surfaces but to my surprise, they claimed it was completed. then some light switches still had a mountain of sanded construction and drywall material on it, that too they claimed had been worked on. Floors were not sweeped or mopped and in particular I was most concerned that they wipe clean the upper surfaces that were harder to reach. Both myself and the contractor contacted the supervisor requesting that they come and inspect that the job was not done. We received an unprofessional, nasty email from Chris Ramirez ,the office manager claiming that we wanted to cheat him out of his money and that we were shameful. I responded to his email by urging him to just come and take a look for himself, instead he just sent a lien on our house. I am writing this review in an effort to warn others of our experience with Hunters Best Cleaning as the only part of the company name that rang true was that we had to hunt down Hunters to clean!! i've used Hunter Best Cleaning many times to clean my apartment in Mar Vista. her staff was there at 8am when they said they would be. i've also had my carpets cleaned by them every time i had my unit cleaned and they have left them looking brand spanking new! Staff thoroughly cleaned the areas i had strongly emphasized that needed special attention. my bathroom was spotless and my kitchen was left looking like I had anticipated it to look like. The staff was pleasant to deal with and a breeze to get along with. i even worked out a payment plan with HBC and they were extremely flexible with me and allowed me to make two payment installments. i will definitely refer them and use them this coming November! read more

Indeed, no reason for lies. This company has been a joke for many years. I'm shocked they're in business. Wouldn't surprise me if they go UNDER soon. Very unprofessional staff & unethical ways of handling their own human errors e.g. (always running late, leaving things undone, charging you for undone work & not returning calls when owner should). Untrained unreliable staff from field staff to the owner. And no the owner never train her own staff. You will never get the owner to return your call because she just doesn't want to deal with YOU and or your complaint-she does not like to refund even when wrong. If you catch yourself threaten with a Lien no worries, there's a 99 % chance you have the money to take your issue to the end. Hire a hard core Jewish Lawyer and you will see results. Also do not hesitate to complaint to BBB, and the Contractors License Board. The Contractor State License Board need to weed out the bad apples. I will never use them again. read more

I used Hunter Best cleaning a few months ago when my regular girl couldn't make it. A friend had recommended them, and I especially liked that they cleaned with green products. Their customer service team was efficient, in that I received a prompt response to my inquiry and was able to schedule a cleaning without much lead way. They turned up exactly as I had asked, at 8am, with a crew of three and worked for a good amount of hours.They cleaned my loft including two sofas and a few rugs. I found their price quotes to be reasonable and hoped their work with follow suit. I was very happy with the results. (And, I am a rub-my-finger-across-the-bookshelf-checking-for-dust type of girl after the cleaning person leaves. Ha, they passed the test. But not only that, I have very high ceilings; a high AC duct; and closets and cabinets that are much taller than the average house - I was thrilled when I noticed that all these "out of reach" type areas had been taken care of as well. I will not hesitate to use them again. I wont lie, they are more expensive than my regular cleaning person, but then again they are a company, and provide a much more thorough service - and in my opinion their expertise and eye for detail are worth every penny. a team of two came by to clean our townhouse - and since then have asked them come by every three weeks! windows are always cleaned - worth the extra cost. carpet was nicely vacuumed with the specific instructions I leave them (yes i'm particular about the way I want the vacuum lines to leave). I have a similar experience. I recently used Hunters Best Cleaning and had the worst experience of my life. I booked them for a Deep Cleaning along with cleaning 3 carpets and and cleaning of some upholstery for an additional charge. I was informed that to clean a house of my size it would be around $800 total and take 6-7 hours. They were suppose to arrive at 7am they arrived at 8am with no cleaning supplies the head lady said that she never received the work order. They had three people in total one would disappear for hours at a time and walked around with one paper towel doing nothing, the other lady was replaced by a guy after about an hour who again did nothing. By 4pm nothing was clean and I called the supervisor who I had booked with he talked to the staff. Then it was 7pm and the house still wasn't finished (my house is 3,000 square feet and minimal it is not a 20,000 square foot house in Beverly Hills) I again called the supervisor Chris in a panic he sent two more people out . We had to supply drinks and dinner for these people they were completely unprepared, lazy and had no system in place. Finally at 10pm they were finished. The next morning when I woke up I opened a cabinet only to find crumbs (which I took pictures.) The next day the supervisor Chris showed up at my house unexpectedly. I told him my complaints and he said that the owner would call me. The owner never did instead charged my card $1600.00 without my authorization. read more
