During a production, we spilled some fake blood on the homes patio at the pool. Clean worx came and power washed it over the weekend before the owners had another production come. Yay! read more

Disappointing and Unprofessional (and kind of scary) Experience. I don't take leaving negative reviews lightly--especially as a small business owner myself--but I feel obligated to share our experience in hopes of helping others make an informed decision. I should have read reviews before hiring him. We hired Chris to pressure wash our cement and patio furniture. After a walk-through, he quoted us $380 and confirmed he could do the job. He had to reschedule twice, which we were understanding about. However, on the day of the service, he showed up late and didn't begin working until 45 minutes past the scheduled time. When he arrived, he told us he didn't have the right machine and that his helper wasn't coming. I offered to reschedule so he could return properly equipped, but he declined and insisted on proceeding. He then asked my husband and me to help move the patio furniture--something we were not expecting, especially since we were quoted for a two-person job and simply didn't have the time to assist. After he left (without checking in), I noticed several areas that hadn't been cleaned properly. I texted him, and to his credit, he came back. But instead of addressing the missed spots calmly, he became defensive and gave a long technical explanation about why the stains wouldn't come out. He then tried to upsell me on a costly treatment to fix the problem--something that, in my opinion, should have been included or discussed up front. I politely let him know I was disappointed with the experience. I also let him know I was able to get the stains out myself with mildew spray, brush and a hose. In response, he became increasingly aggressive via text, at one point asking me, "What's your complex?!" It escalated to the point that I had to block him--and then he began texting my husband. We were honestly a bit concerned for our safety by the end of the interaction. This experience was unprofessional from start to finish, and we left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and taken advantage of. We paid in full - because that's what we believe in - but did so begrudgingly. **UPDATE: Chris emailed me after I posted this review. I attached a screen shot of the email. read more

Requested quotes for a project. I felt Chris's (apparently the owner) bid was high. He then harassed me for two days complaining that Yelp made $2000 because I requested bids from multiple businesses in his field. One more pic I wanted to pay $300-$500. Not less than $300 read more

Clean-Worx - Showing my offer of $300-$500 - Pressure Washers Near Me

Not a disgruntled employee! I paid for pressure washing, as a customer! I think this is all chris can think of to discredit me! All he did was bring a DEWALT pressure washer, and filled it with Tide laundry soap. Doesn't have any special equipment you couldn't rent yourself from Home Depot!!!!! ALSO: Don't let him work on your deck! He has no experience, not licensed to do home repair, and not bonded! Please trust only professionals with your home! Ask for the information and try to look up his contractor license on the state website! After our terrible interaction, I tried to file a BBB complaint and I discovered he's not legally allowed to operate in Santa Monica because he doesn't have a business license for the city!!! In fact on the California state website, he only got a business license this year. He's a fly by night contractor. read more

I reached out for a quote to do a full exterior, interior clean, pressure washing of our new rental before move in. Chris sent someone 45 mins late, and then shared a price quote for $2450 which I asked him to break down. This text exchange is what followed. Proceed at your own risk with this business. He's still not stopped texting and I just had to block his phone # finally. read more

Chris and his team did a thorough job of cleaning the windows and skylights of my home, both interior and exterior. They were diligent about cleaning all areas and minimizing missed spots. They carefully removed splotches of paint and grime from the glass. And they worked non-stop throughout the day in order to make sure that they could finish on time. I would highly recommend Clean-Worx. read more

Chris did our windows and did an amazing job. He was very friendly and punctual and I couldn't be happier. Very reliable and fair pricing!

Chris just cleaned our BMW X3 that we just drove from Boston to LA with our very anxious dog (read: sheds a lot!!) Needless to say, the car was a disaster until I found Chris! He was very responsive and was able to get me an appointment right away. He came to my place, which was super convenient. He was prompt, professional, and a really nice guy. Chris worked hard for hours and I could not believe how good the car looked when he was done. It is spotless and I don't think it has looked this good since I bought it. EXCELLENT value for the service. I just moved to the area and I will definitely be calling Chris again! read more

WOW! Awesome, personable, excellent service. This guy cares passionately about making your car look and smell the best it can be. I called Chis to detail my Infiniti so I could get a better trade-in value on a new car. He went above and beyond, knowing that I was ready to trade it in. It's so gorgeous now I'm thinking I should keep it! Chris has all the right tools, all the best products, and has years of experience that he puts to good use. He showed me his progress at various stages and he pointed out problem areas and fixes. I could see the differences right away. If you're looking for old-fashioned excellent service, I can highly recommend CleanWorx. Seriously, don't wait - call him! read more

Chris came over for a sewage leak. Did not clean up all areas as requested. Left a quite a mess and had to come out next day to clean up properly. Admitted he did a "rush job" and got angry when I left a review on Facebook. Asked me to delete it and then blocked me from further commenting. Poor customer service, would not recommend this company. read more
