Like last time, Branden was quick to respond to my request for a quote. He was prompt in arriving and had two apprentices with him: Bobby, who had worked with Branden on our previous project, and Allison. All three of them got right to business, and in no time flat, we had three beautiful new fans working. I am so impressed with the careful attention to detail by Revelation's electricians. They inspected the existing wiring to insure that everything was safe and up to code. They took precautions to protect our furniture and thoroughly cleaned up after the work was done. With construction, plumbing or electrical work, you don't want to cut corners because it will only cost you more in the long run. The peace of mind that comes from knowledgeable technicians and proper installation is simply priceless. I felt the quote was fairly priced and I was very pleased with the results. I can positively recommend this team to anyone needing expertise with all things electrical!

I found Jason, "The Fanman," through ChatGPT. I called and explained what was happening, and Jason immediately took the time to talk with me and explain a few things I could try myself. Since my fan is mounted high on the ceiling, I had to hire an electrician to take it down. Unfortunately, it wasn't a simple fix, so we shipped it from Oklahoma all the way to Jason in Minnesota. He repaired it, and they shipped it back surprisingly quickly. The total cost was actually less than I expected. This Casablanca fan is 34 years old and had never given us a single problem until now. We really didn't want to replace it, and thanks to Jason, we didn't have to. I probably called him two or three times during the process, and every time he was polite, helpful, and patient. His staff was great as well. If you have a Casablanca fan that needs repair, I honestly believe Jason is the guy to call anywhere in the United States. Heck, for all I know, he may even repair them from overseas--I didn't ask! Great service, fair pricing, excellent communication, and a successful repair on a 34-year-old fan.
