I would definitely recommend staying away from this company and instead using Mammoth or Texas Family Roofing.

They recommended Soukup Roofing and Juston Edwards came out and assessed it. Have a quote and the next week they went to work on it. Their team covered all of my stuff and worked quick. Replaced my window screens, gutters, shingles, underlayment, drip edges, and even cut new roof decking for damaged areas. They had the shingles all off in 2 hours, main roof installed new shingles in one day, and second day finished the gutters (machine shapes and cuts to size gutters on site for a long continuous piece) and tightened it all up. Left it cleaner than they found it. The team lead was awesome! Highly recommend them! Professional and effective!

And in dropping the heavy bundles of shingles on the roof I think they damaged them in the process. Several of the shingles installed had damage on the leading edges. When the old roof was being taken off a strip of metal fell down and hit my window. Fortunately it did not break it. In the process of removing the old roof the workers bent the metal flashing on my rain gutter on one of the inside corners. Several nails on the roof vent were not caulked. They gouged a hole in the side of my porch to install a portion of the roof. I had a strip of rain diverter at the edge of the roof where the a/c unit is that was not replaced and put back. I was told that no metal flashing was going to be used in the valley of the roof and after installation there is metal flashing exposed. They broke a branch on a bush in the front. There were several pink wrappers from the shingles left behind and twelve nails (and counting) I have picked up thus far. They left an oil stain in the driveway. Communication was non existent. And a day later is when they wanted to send a manager to do a walk through. I am still able to get up on the roof to find out what kind of poor workmanship was done. I can't imagine what other customers miss when they are not in a position to inspect their own roofs. One thing is true that the salesman told me when he initially came out. You never know what kind of work was done until years later when there is failure. I won't really know the quality of their workmanship until years later. With what is visible to me in their installation I wish I had gone with another company.

They informed me that there is a trip charge just to get an assessment of the issue. Once they found the issue they gave me up-charged quotes that exceeded 400% for resolution. To get working again I paid for the patch job option which still was a 400% price point from what it truly cost. I was disappointed in the unethical behavior exhibited by that company. My Favorite Service Company was a 180-degree experience. My Favorite Service Company did not charge a trip charge or fee to assess the issue. They even went above and beyond to look up the serials on my unit and found that the part was covered by warranty, which I was unaware of and the previous company did not even look for. The final price to fix was 1/4th the cost of what other company's quoted. They were honest and straight forward and ethical. I will not go through another service company for my HVAC service requirements.

They got it all out, and we discussed what the cause was and fixed that too. Overall, they got the vents clean, and we can definitely tell a difference with the quality of HVAC output. They cleaned the vents from the attic & each individual vent. However, they didn't go on the roof to clean out the dryer vent, only did the inside.

I scheduled meeting for Friday at about 430 and they arrived timely. We spent about ten minutes going over the project and my asks. I was advised that I would receive a quote likely on Monday. The quote arrived on Tuesday and was much higher than the other's I received. Ultimately, that factored heavily into my selection decision. I did appreciate the follow up. I think this company could be a contender for other projects in the future.
