Just okay and items from menu weren't accurate to descriptions or pictures. Too salty.

Get the lemon chicken. Found this place accidentally a few years ago and has been our go to for Chinese take out.

They have great food and you get large portions. Good enough to have for a second day. Would recommend the wonton soup. Very flavorful.

Worst I've ever had. I gave them a second chance after getting sick from this food. Worst idea ever... Stay away!

This was an interesting Asian restaurant that had both Chinese food and Japanese food. We were…read morecraving some Chinese food this day. We were quickly seated at a booth. The place was so dark that we had a hard time reading the menu. They brought dry, crunchy noodles for the table with this sweet and spicy sauce for free. The spicy sauce was really good. We ended up getting egg and spring rolls, pork fried rice, wonton and hot and sour soup, and shrimp with broccoli and carrots. The soups were comparable to most Chinese take out places. I really liked the wonton soup. The egg and spring rolls were pretty basic. Honestly, I would have preferred going to the shady Chinese corner shop that had bullet proof glass surrounding the cashier. The shrimp with broccoli with carrots was pretty basic as well. Again, I think the corner store Chinese shop makes it better. At the end of our meal we did get some tasty oranges and a fortune cookie. My fortune cookie response wasn't even fully written on the paper.

I normally end up feeling super dehydrated after Chinese takeout foods but this didn't leave me with that feeling! Had the chicken red Thai curry, the pepper onion steak, and sashimi dinner. The miso soup which came with the sashimi came in a smaller container than the other soups which I found odd but it was tasty! Wish it came in a larger size. People ordered other items and were satisfied with their meals too. I'd go back and order take out again!

Menu is huge, liked the variety they had. My husband was happy they had lemon chicken. I actually really liked it- I like how it's crunchy and oily on the outside but kind of soft underneath. Basically made the same way as fish and chips is made, that kind of crispy but soft battered dough. The amount was generous also and the lemon sauce was very tangy and lemony. Other lemon sauces I had before tasted like plastic or fake, but this one was good. I also got the generals tso chicken. I liked the taste of it, wasn't too spicy but just spicy enough for me with a tang. The only thing is I'm used to having some vegetables or baby corn in it and there wasn't any in this one besides a couple pieces of broccoli. The fried rice was also very good. We got it with lobster which I haven't really seen before. I think it's better with pork, but glad we tried it. Also really liked the fortune cookies. They were an orange chocolate vanilla swirl flavor rather than just the standard yellow looking ones. Very good. Next time I'll have to ask for more haha.

While were there, many Chinese-speaking people came in to eat and order out, which is always a good sign. It is a no frills, non-fancy place to eat (kiosk ordering, self serve plastic utensils). We focused mostly on the noodle dishes for this trip, and want to go back to try their other dishes (many which seem to be more geared toward the American palate, e.g, General Tsao's chicken). Deep fried dough sticks (you tiao) - 5*/5, I love these and have not found dim sum places in Chinatown that serve the light, easy to tear apart version of this anywhere and Sang Kee Asian Bistro does not offer this on their otherwise wonder dim sum menu. I am SO happy to find this and will be back again and again just for these. Along with some hot, sweetened soy milk to dip them in, this will be my special treat/snack go to item at Taste of Chang'an. Hooray! Pork & Chives dumplings - 5/5, these are very good dumplings and although I like the filling I make better, I am unwilling to make my own wrappers so I can imagine ordering these for takeout in the future as an appetizer for a party. Hot & Sour soup - 4/5, good overall but could use more hot and more sour. I appreciated how the broth was actually not broth and not as gummy as some hot and sour soups can be. Changan Biangbiang Noodles - 4/5, I appreciated the hand pulled noodles but found the ratio of pork belly pieces to the amount of noodles to be too low so after eating my way half through the bowl I had only noodles left. Flavors are good, but the next day I did not want to eat my leftovers which is a sign. Pork Ribs Noodles - 4/5, my son had this and he and I agreed the pork ribs were more flavorful than the pork belly pieces in my noodles. He also had many leftover noodles with no more meat, and did not want to eat the leftovers. Sauteed Spicy Chicken Noodle - 4/5, my husband had this and it looked more like a chicken/green pepper dish on a bed of noodles. Leftovers had a good ratio of all items in the dish and I did eat these the next day for lunch. When I go back, I'd like to try their zha jiang noodles, pork buns, scallion pancakes, and their other dishes. And I am so happy to have found somewhere on the Main Line where I can pick up fresh, hot you tiao!

There was also a robot that now brings out the meals with a pretty obnoxious song that plays as it travels throughout the restaurant. The rest of the food was great though and I was pleasantly surprised with the spicy soup dumplings! It was quite a unique experience as we've never had dumplings with broth in them and the flavor was amazing. It was a little too spicy for my wife but I thought they were phenomenal. The staff here is always very pleasant and the prices for all the dumplings are absolutely fair. The regular entrees aren't really worth it when you could get more for the same price and quality at any Chinese takeout joint. This is somewhere to go for unique dumplings and fun desserts, we will be back!

The food came out quickly, was hot, and tasty. The wonton soup featured a delicate broth, plump wonton, and generous portions of seaweed, thinly sliced fried egg, and green onions. The beef chow fun and Chinese broccoli portions were very generous. I needed up taking half of each home for another meal. Overall, the service was friendly and efficient. The decor was Asian in flavor, and seating seemed ample--there was maybe enough space for 30-40 patrons. When I drive by, it often seems busy, so it wouldn't hurt to take advantage of the online reservation system, order ahead and take out, or delivery. There is an ATM inside if cash is needed or preferred, but credit cards are definitely accepted. I look forward to coming back to try other items off the menu.

I came here to celebrate Chinese New Year; the Year of the Horse. This is an annual dinner held…read morehere in remembrance of a couple who loved celebrating Chinese New Year and would always come here. I've lived in this community for a long time and have driven past this restaurant countless times, but yesterday was actually my first time dining here. Parking: There is a very small parking lot, so be prepared to park on the street. Since it's also in a residential area, street parking was a little challenging. We ended up parking about a block away and walking. We were seated in a private room and enjoyed several courses from the banquet menu. Drink: creamy espresso martini. It was ok. Hors d'oeuvres your own plate: Lobster shrimp dumplings Taro crab cake Firecracker spring roll with lotus root, shiitake, carrot, and jicama Grilled lemongrass chicken The lobster shrimp dumplings were delicious. The taro crab cake was pretty good as well. The firecracker spring roll was also enjoyable. The grilled lemongrass chicken was my least favorite it had a spice that didn't sit well with my palate. Next course family style which I like: Champagne Maine Lobster Lobster sautéed with shrimp, shiitake, and snow peas served with longevity noodles and ginger scallion sauce. The lobster itself was tender, but I'm not a fan of ginger, so that dish wasn't really for me. Plum Duck: Crispy duck served with broccolini and sweet rice with Chinese sausage. I loved the crispy duck skin, but duck has a strong flavor and I just wasn't in the mood for it. The sweet rice was a bit too sticky for my liking. Pinecone Crispy Seabass: A whole crispy seabass with pineapple, onion, edamame, sweet peppers, and gunpowder sauce. This was my favorite dish of the night. The fish was excellent -- crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I even ate the head! Five Spice Braised Short Rib: Slow cooked with sautéed green apple and gai lan served with noodles. The short rib was fall-off-the-bone tender, though I didn't care much for the noodles. We also had pineapple vegetable fried rice with shiitake, basil, tomato, snow peas, carrot, and egg. That was very good -- I paired it with the fish and duck. Dessert single serve: Lunar walnut cake Triple chocolate mousse Mango crème brûlée Fresh berries which were unripe strawberries so I didn't eat them The mango crème brûlée was my favorite dessert. Lightly sweet. Overall, the restaurant serves Chinese cuisine with a French flair. The service was good and the staff was very attentive. I would definitely return to try more dishes and I will absolutely be back for that crispy seabass again.

First time at CinCin but my family has gone many times and enjoy it…read more Started with some Cheesesteak Egg Rolls for an appetizer, they weren't bad but definitely a very small portion. As for my mains, I got the Crab & Shrimp Fried Rice and the Sichuan Chicken and Veggies. I was super excited to see Crab Fried Rice on the menu as it's one of my favorite asian dishes. However, the addition of the shrimp seemed to overpower the dish with a very "seafoody, shrimpy" taste to it. Kind of took away from the rice as a whole. The crab was nice though and there were big lump chunks of it. The star definitely was the Sichuan Chicken and Veggies, can't wait to go back for this dish as I loved the sauce, the tender chicken and veggies cooked to perfection as well. Thinking next time I go with Veggie Fried Rice and then the Sichuan Chicken dish for sure. Great atmosphere and aesthetic as well.
