One good meal can't offset the subsequent terrible two meals. Dry flavorless food. Waste of money.

Very low quality food. I went here while on vacation. Everything tasted bland and oily. Wonton soup is not good.

Nasty egg rolls and over priced, and the quality has gone downhill and there are simply better alternatives at the giant next door

Sweet & Sour Sauce is nice to mix on white rice. Service was great. Price to portion is fine. Ambiance inside is quaint. Would recommend for a Chinese food fix.

Where to begin......beef on a stick and chicken on a stick apps....both overcooked so bad that I can only assume the chef went outside for a smoke break while they were submerged in old cooking oil. 1 bite of each and into the trash. Kung Pao Chicken - I asked for white meat and just peanuts and scallions. I was told "no" because that would require "too much chicken" in the dish if he couldn't load it up with other veggies. We settled on just onions. It was like eating chicken in soy sauce water. No flavor, chicken was chewy and gross. Into the trash. The pan fried dumplings - store bought dumplings that were cheap and had no flavor. At least these were edible, but I could only manage 3 before they too went into the garbage. Bad enough so far? Here's the worst part. Hot and Sour Soup - was so thick and coagulated you could literally cut it with a knife. And it was hot, making it even more disgusting. My son tried it and immediately got up to spit it out and go brush his teeth. I literally spooned some out and it sat in my bowl like it was a flan. I've never seen anything like it. Straight to the trash. And finally, you can't mess up fried rice, right? WRONG. We opened the container and the rice had a grey color I've never seen in food before. See attached picture. I studied it up close because I was so curious how another human would "cook" that and send it out the door with a customer. I refused to even try a bite it was so nasty. How this place remains open is a mystery. This was top 3 worst dining experiences ever. Shame shame China Chef.

The sushi is fresh and delicious, the shumai are fantastic (yes, I'm aware they are Japanese!), and the Pad Thai is really good too. I also love the Mongolian Beef. It's not cheap but well presented and delicious. I like the fun blue bags the food comes in too! I use them for my groceries. I plan to try it in person soon because the delivery is so good. Yum!

There were great options for everyone, we had two seniors and they wanted stir fry options and the kids wanted noodles and rice while a few others were fiending for sushi. They were packed when we arrived, but thank goodness they had waitlist option, so definitely get on that if you plan on going there (keep in mind that to do so, you'll need to do it on their website and the website only goes up to a party of 8, so you'll need to do the max number and give them a call and they'll adjust accordingly) Once we checked in, we waited for maybe 10 minutes and were seated on the patio. The drink order was taken, then appetizers and entrees. The server was very attentive and we really appreciated that she knew how hectic it could be dining with 14 people. She took the entree orders for the kids while the adults were figuring out what to order and the adults appetizers came out quickly along with the kids entrees first so they weren't hangry. All in all, we'd go back again, the sushi quality was great and price point was great too! All 14 of us left very happy and satisfied.

We…read morevisited Confucius in Rehoboth Beach for the first time last night and it absolutely blew us away. I loved the Salt and Pepper Shrimp--the accompanying salad provided a beautiful, fresh bite that complemented the dish perfectly. The Peking Duck was superb; the skin had a flawless crunch and was served with thin tortillas and an excellent sauce. We also ordered the vegetable fried rice and bok choy sides, which were both incredibly fresh and delicious. My wife had the General Tso's chicken, which was equally superb. We each enjoyed a cocktail, and our check came out to $163. While some might think that is expensive for Chinese food, they don't truly understand what high-end, upscale Chinese cuisine is all about. The quality, execution, and flavors completely justify the price. We can't wait to go back to try the crispy Black Sea bass! And the service was impeccable.

Our server told both of us, as we ordered, that these were spicy dishes. And, they were marked that way on the menu. Unfortunately, in both cases, we felt the dishes were under seasoned. It's almost as if, in the past, their clientele complained about spicy food & they swung too far the other way. Confucius is not inexpensive and while the portions were good, I'm not sure we would return. It's too bad
