They sell by container. Fill it as you will. I've seen people take advantage to the point where the container will barely close but the server just smiles. It must even out. The restaurant is spacious and well lit. Plenty of natural light during the day. The minimalistic design just feels right. Value is great. You really can't go wrong.

They have their menu on two screens above the register area and have a variety of options such as plates, wraps, and salads. You order at the counter and they bring the food out to you. When we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome. We didn't get the man's name working the register but he was very nice and let us know he could help us if we had any questions regarding the menu. We ended up ordering the chicken shawarma wraps and a lentil soup. All of it was delicious!

While they were delivering, we received notice that another caterer had canceled our second breakfast order just 10 minutes before it was supposed to arrive, leaving us scrambling to feed the rest of our group. I immediately called Tropical Smoothie Cafe, explained what happened, and they stepped in without hesitation. They were able to accommodate an additional last-minute catering order and had it prepared and delivered to us within approximately 15-20 minutes! That level of responsiveness and customer service is incredible. They took what could have been a very stressful situation and completely turned it around for us. While waiting, I saw that the young lady who was preparing was possibly new so yes, I watched. When she finished correctly adding the ingredients she went to the blender but after mixing she poured and realized she didn't make enough for two smoothies. She had only made enough for 1 and a half smoothies, not two. I didn't say anything, I just watched to see how this would be handled. The young man instructed her to take the half drink, pour it back into the blender and to add more product...not ice That's when I interrupted, and asked to see the other smoothie. Why, because I watched her add ingredients from the beginning and she had all the ingredients and measurements correct, I think she just didn't add enough ice. I tried to tell the two young innocent kids but I was interrupted by the (I think) manager. The manager over talked me the whole time loudly saying...WE ARE GOING TO MAKE YOU ANOTHER SMOOTHIE. I kept trying to explain but was met with dismissive responses. She just wasn't listening nor trying to understand what I was saying. Because she was making a scene, I politely asked her if she would come closer to me so I can explain and she didn't want to do that. She was so dismissive that I just gave up. That lady clearly had to be having a overwhelming hectic day or is just a mean, dismissive and impatient person but either way it doesn't feel good to be treated that way especially when I come to that location often if I'm not traveling.
