I usually get The Youthful One which has organic hemp or whey protein, organic almond milk, organic banana, blueberries, dates, coconut oil and vanilla. The Tropical One is my second favorite and consists of organic banana, coconut oil and coconut water, organic kale and pineapple. The only thing you have to keep in mind (especially if you are on a quick lunch break trying to get in and out), is that everything usually takes a while to make - even just one smoothie or juice. I find it's worth the wait every time, though. The store is conveniently located just off the highway (exit 10 on GA 400), and there's plenty of parking. Having been a long time Smoothie King fan (Dunwoody location) , I was very glad to see one opening in Alpharetta. Smoothie King mixes nutrients and protein with real fruits to create some really awesome blends. Their menu provides options for people who are focusing on weight loss/maintenance, or wellness, or overall fitness and you can add additional nutrients/supplements to any of the choices. if you've never been to a Smoothie King before, plan on spending several minutes looking over the menu of options...also plan on having a difficult time deciding. Note: my favorite is Angel Food but if you like tropical fruits, the Island Impact and the MangoFest are excellent choices. The Alpharetta location is a little oddly shaped - long and narrow - once you enter, you walk to the back to look at the menu and place your order, and you pick up your order nearer the front door. They have a couple of small tables and chairs for customers but the store isn't designed for dining in. As with other Smoothie Kings, this store offers a small selection of snacks (protein bars, fruit/nut blends, etc.), along with bottled drinks as well as their signature smoothies. The Alpharetta Smoothie King is located on the corner of Old Milton and Northpoint Parkway and is only accessible if you're headed west on Old Milton or north on Northpoint. We recently had 2-day conference of international executives and Rayan and her amazing crew met us at our offices at 5:45 am to provide breakfast for our guests both days. We had 5 rooms for breakfast each morning. The food was delivered fresh and hot and the team provided all we needed to keep it that way through the morning.
