After tip ended up being $50 for lunch for 2.

So at first I thought it was over priced for 6 people but for 8-10 I think it's correctly priced. We enjoyed it! 1 Star Extremely Frustrating Experience…read more I ordered my food online and arrived around 5:50 PM. I checked in with the staff and was told, "Your order says it won't be ready until 6:05," so I sat down and waited. By 6:15, I still hadn't received anything, so the employee finally asked for my order number. I explained that it was a to go order and that I had already checked in with her when I arrived. Turns out, my food had been sitting there the entire time getting cold. They did remake the fries, which I appreciate, but the most frustrating part was being told that I had never checked in with her. Why would I just sit inside the restaurant for 25 minutes waiting for no apparent reason? Mistakes happen, but blaming the customer instead of simply acknowledging that the order was overlooked made the experience even worse. A simple "I'm sorry, I missed that" would have gone a long way.

Their red hot sauce makes everything better and I cannot separate it from their meals. The salad dressing seems to be homemade and I could literally drink it if I could. I would give their baklava a 6/10 as a self proclaimed bakersfield baklava rater. As long as they are there, I will keep ordering take out from them periodically. Food is good at all locations, the taste the same, but my dislike came for the portion of the chicken. We got short changed and only had 4 pieces when I swear it's more at other locations. Service was good, the purple haired girl who tends the front is nice and, just by asking if we want hot sauce goes above and beyond. Usually at other locations you have to ask for it. Restaurant was fairly busy but clean and well stocked.

The neon signs are especially fun too. I came here to celebrate a friend's birthday. I was the first to arrive, and since they don't do reservations, I requested a table. We were expected to be quite a large party (approx.10-12), so it was pretty difficult getting seated quickly since they had to figure out spacing. But that's understandable with how limited the seating is already. I was between getting the zucchini fries and the brussels sprouts, because their brussels sprouts are so tasty and flavorful. But ended up ordering the zucchini fries, because they are incredible! They're nice, hot and crispy, and go amazing with their ranch! For my main dish I ordered the Wild Caught Cajun Salmon Salad. I had never had it before but it was really good & filling! The food took a little long to come out, but again, it was understandable with the amount of people in our party. We started with the Korean Beef "Frachos" which were easily the highlight of our entire meal. The spiraled fries were crispy, covered in a delicious sauce, tasty toppings, and the beef was tender and well-seasoned. If you are coming here I would definitely recommend getting these! Unfortunately our excitement, for what we thought would be a great meal, died there. First off, they must be using unfiltered tap water to serve because it was disgusting! I get it, water is free and I've never been one to complain about water, but we were so disgusted by it that we were shocked it was even being served. We ordered two burgers. One was a bbq bacon burger which was not bad, nothing I would go out of my way for, but I wouldn't have complained otherwise. The second burger was the bacon jam burger which was drowning in what seemed more like runny pancake syrup than a bacon jam. It leaked from the burger all over my plate and made the burger inedible. For my side I got the charred green beans, and I guess I should have taken the name at face value because they really meant it. They were completely burnt black throughout which turned to bitter powder as I took my first bite. Easily more char than green bean. The service was fine. Our server was nice, but I think they could sense my displeasure with our meal because we counted 11 table stops to make sure we were okay in the less than 1 hour that we were there.
