My friends & I had sooo much fun we will book again just for fun. Only slight con was the music selection but I totally understand that the DJ doesn't know people taste. However, you can always request a song and he did play some hits! We partied for two hours riding around Miami. Neither the driver or DJ ever complain about anything! I recommend this bus you will not regret it. FYI- The bus is BYOB they provide cups, ice, cooler and DJ (I bought my own cups) Pay once everyone arrives $250 was my security deposit

I booked this service to pick up 4 of us at Fort Lauderdale airport and take us to our hotel in…read moreMiami. Aaron (from turkey) was our driver. He is delightful. He was exactly where he promised to be in baggage claim, and we walked to his vehicle once all of our bags arrive. While traffic was very heavy due to some other events going on in town, he was very professional and as our adult children were asking him tons of questions, he was very accommodating and educating us about his home, turkey, and it was very interesting We really appreciate his kindness and we will be using this service again in the future One note on this company is that they are very good with text communications so will send you reminders of your upcoming reservation as well as we knew exactly when our driver was assigned and our driver texted us directly as well. It was comforting to know that they were aware of our flight information and kept in touch with us without us having to reach out to them.

I will not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone I know traveling to the Miami area.

Absolutely terrible customer service…read more We contacted this limo company two weeks before our scheduled event to cancel our reservation. The company refused to refund a single dollar, despite having ample notice to potentially rebook the date. Their justification was that the contract states all payments are non-refundable. While technically allowed by their contract, this policy is extremely customer-unfriendly and feels more like a money grab than reasonable business practice. Most reputable companies will work with customers when given significant advance notice, but this company showed zero flexibility and zero concern for customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend that anyone considering booking with this company carefully read the contract before signing. Do not book unless they remove or modify the "all payments are non-refundable" clause. If your plans change for any reason, even weeks in advance, you could lose every penny you've paid. There are plenty of transportation companies that value their customers and offer fair cancellation policies. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.
