I called at the end of June and they were supposed to come deal with them. Apparently they were scheduled to come on the 11 but it was raining so no one came. We were never notified nor were we rescheduled. I called again tonight and am scheduled for Tuesday. They said they didn't know why we weren't rescheduled. Maybe time to switch companies.

He got in my backyard and when I approached him and asked where his permission was to enter my property, he said he did not need one. That it was not criminal trespassing. So if you want these people just to come into your property whenever they feel like it, hire them. Their customer service is extremely unprofessional. If they needed to remove 'their property' from my property, just like they harass you to get into a quarterly membership with them with emails and mail correspondence, they should also let you know that someone is coming and requires access to your backyard and the privacy of your home.

They also have gotten rid of wasp nests and afterwards a wasp came flying towards where the nest was and turned and flew away. The tech who did the service said they wouldn't come back to the nest and he wasn't kidding. Very friendly service. They stand up for their work too if you see bugs they will come back and take care of it, but I've not seen any. I don't like spiders and I'm real happy they are gone.

Last year we started a pest control contract with Valor Pest Control. We opted for the quarterly…read moreservice which is perfect for our situation. This year, we had our quarterly service in March. The professionalism has always been outstanding and it's rare for us to see bugs after treatments and when we do see them, it's generally ants. We've had a much wetter than usual spring and when we started seeing ants again, we called Valor. It wasn't our usual contract appointment, but nonetheless we explained our ant problem and they responded with a courtesy service the next day. Next day service is exceedingly rare. Their employee, Reuben arrived spot-on the time we were told to expect him. He said something that really struck me as premier customer service when he said, no matter that we sprayed in March, I am here to do whatever is needed to control your pest issues. His friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the products he was using were impressive. He listened intently and asked questions while I walked him around the trouble areas and then he went to work. This young man is an outstanding ambassador for Valor Pest specifically and a credit to the pest control industry in general. If you are reading this find some other company than Orkin. Please don't get cheated like we did…read more We have everything in emails and photos to prove their incompetence and or apathy. We should have known since most of the contract we signed dealt with arbitration and not suing them. They told us we had a bad mice and snake problem in our encapsulated crawlspace and attic, and probably the walls too. The work they quoted was expensive but based on other quotes they were on the high side but in line. They quoted 5 things to do. 2 of which they did not do at all, the other 3 they did attempt were complete fails. They incompetently or accidently unencapsulated our crawl space as well. We had to fix that ourselves. They came out 4 times and we had to be there to watch them since each time they did less work, and worse job. The managers came out the last time and it looks laughable. If Orkin's goal was to keep doing so bad we'd say don't come back and quit wasting our time then you succeeded at that! If this is the best you can do, your competitors appreciate you! Us on the other hand feel cheated out of our hard earned money for a piss poor job and apathetic and incompetent organization. I plan on working my way up the Orkin chain of command and file a BBB complaint. Attached photos are AFTER they said they were done. We have many more if you're interested or Orkin's competitors.
