We called Valor Pest Control because the other companies we used just didn't cut it. Well, Valor is a different breed! My husband is a veteran so naturally I gravitate to veteran owned companies. BUT, honestly the guys could be leaders of a cult and I'd hire them again. Isaiah was not only super friendly, he was also very informative and seemed to legitimately care about doing a good job. He arrived promptly and started addressing our areas of concern. He actually had a strategy to get the bugs out instead of just spraying (the same thing each time) and leaving within 10 minutes. He took his time and explained exactly what he was going to do and why. It's also a huge plus that the ingredients they use are kid and pet safe, and they send you an itemized ingredient list for everything they use on your home! OMG! THESE GUYS ARE AHHHHHMAZING! We bought a house in Kingston, TN. while living in Wisconsin. I read the reviews on these guys, they were great, their website has humor AND they support our Veterans. My husband is a veteran and much of my family is. We closed on our house and they were able to get there the same day and treat the house inside and out before we arrive in a few days. Not only did they treat it inside and out Kawika called and texted me pictures when he got there, and after he left. He and Joe both explained what needed to be done. They are willing to come back sooner than the 30 days. These guys are nothing short of AMAZING! Extremely polite, professional and were able to get in the next day we called them. It is 7pmET and Kawika had just finished. This house is only 936 sq ft. We are so grateful and thankful that these guys worked past the typical 4 or 5pm day! FLEAS!!!!! Long story short, .y dog brought them in and they multiplied faster than anything I've ever witnessed. First. Do not try "at home" remedies or Vet's Best Flea and Tick Spray. I immediately called Orkin. Everyone knows THAT name. They said $348.00. I said I can't afford. Then called back offering a 10% discount. THAT added insult to injury. When Joe with Valor called me and CARED!!!And quoted less than a third and was here within 24 hours. I will be a customer forever. AND the company is what it's name stands for Valor ad all or several are veterans and give back. They saved my home and my sanity. I am not an easy sell. They just came out and did their job. Fantastic company! I had an issue with some unexpected bugs in between my normal services... I called and they immediately sent out a no cost re-application of product! Ruben and Joseph came together as my technicians and while Ruben completely reapplied pesticide to the outside of the house, Joseph did the inside of the house. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and professional and extremely thorough. They wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied with their efforts. I have been with Valor for a couple of years now and anytime I have had any kind of issue, they have come back with no questions asked to ensure I was 100% satisfied. Isaiah from Valor Pest Control came today for our quarterly treatment. He is very polite and very competent. His smile lights up the room! Valor is reasonably priced, and has taken care of us for quite a while now. Thanks to them our problems are almost nonexistent. Recently were having an annoying problem with bugs drowning themselves in the water for our outside animals (we live on a farm). Isaiah suggested a cedar wood based, non toxic spray for that area. I have been using them now for 8 months, the techs are professional each and every time they are here I had a sever rodent problem in the beginning, after their first visit they came out almost weekly for several weeks to check our situation and have followed up as needed at no extra charge.
