After having the same pest control company service our home for over 10 years, we found ourselves searching for a new provider. After reading all the positive reviews for Valor Pest Control, we decided to give them a try. Rebecca Bowman showed up for our Initial Inspection and blew us away. She went above and beyond what we have ever received. She explained the process very clearly. She mentioned they will spray in crawlspaces, attics, garages, storage sheds, etc. They clear webs to help disrupt spider activity, too. We couldn't be more pleased with Rebecca or Valor Pest Control. We anticipate a long-lasting relationship as they perform our Quarterly Maintenance going forward. Thank you for your service and to those you serve in the community. This is an outstanding business model and honorable service to be truly proud of. The name is appropriate for the business and the value that you will receive as a customer. Give them a try today, and you won't regret it! read more

We called Valor Pest Control because the other companies we used just didn't cut it. Well, Valor is a different breed! My husband is a veteran so naturally I gravitate to veteran owned companies. BUT, honestly the guys could be leaders of a cult and I'd hire them again. Isaiah was not only super friendly, he was also very informative and seemed to legitimately care about doing a good job. He arrived promptly and started addressing our areas of concern. He actually had a strategy to get the bugs out instead of just spraying (the same thing each time) and leaving within 10 minutes. He took his time and explained exactly what he was going to do and why. It's also a huge plus that the ingredients they use are kid and pet safe, and they send you an itemized ingredient list for everything they use on your home! If you're looking for a local pest company that gets the job done and doesn't cost an arm and a leg- I HIGHLY recommend Valor Pest Control! read more

OMG! THESE GUYS ARE AHHHHHMAZING! We bought a house in Kingston, TN. while living in Wisconsin. I read the reviews on these guys, they were great, their website has humor AND they support our Veterans. My husband is a veteran and much of my family is. We closed on our house and they were able to get there the same day and treat the house inside and out before we arrive in a few days. Not only did they treat it inside and out Kawika called and texted me pictures when he got there, and after he left. He and Joe both explained what needed to be done. They are willing to come back sooner than the 30 days. These guys are nothing short of AMAZING! Extremely polite, professional and were able to get in the next day we called them. It is 7pmET and Kawika had just finished. This house is only 936 sq ft. We are so grateful and thankful that these guys worked past the typical 4 or 5pm day! They definitely have our business! read more

FLEAS!!!!! Long story short, .y dog brought them in and they multiplied faster than anything I've ever witnessed. First. Do not try "at home" remedies or Vet's Best Flea and Tick Spray. I immediately called Orkin. Everyone knows THAT name. They said $348.00. I said I can't afford. Then called back offering a 10% discount. THAT added insult to injury. When Joe with Valor called me and CARED!!!And quoted less than a third and was here within 24 hours. I will be a customer forever. AND the company is what it's name stands for Valor ad all or several are veterans and give back. They saved my home and my sanity. I am not an easy sell. They just came out and did their job. Professional. Experienced and CARING!!!! I am having them come out every quarter. They are THAT REASONABLE!!!! THANK YOU VALOR PEST CONTROL. I will truly be able to sleep like a baby tonight. read more

I recently had the pleasure of working with this for bug control, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I want to extend a special thank you to Tiny for doing an excellent job. Tiny was thorough and meticulous, spraying and getting rid of all the cobwebs and a wasp nest around my property. What really stood out was how polite and kind Tiny was throughout the entire process. Now, I can enjoy a nice summer evening outside without the annoyance of bugs. It's such a relief and truly makes me smile. This service was money well spent, and I highly recommend Valor to anyone in need of bug control. Thank you again for the great job, Tiny! read more

Rebecca Bowman with Valor Pest Control, was here last Friday conducting our initial pest service. In addition to the standard bug population, some pesky hornets had taken up residence in several of our exterior shutters. Rebecca discussed what was included in the initial service as well as a plan to treat for the hornet issue. Rebecca was engaging and listened closely as I detailed the issues we were encountering. She was friendly, has great communications skills, and sets the bar on how customer service is delivered to the customer. I highly recommend using Valor Pest Control to address your pest control needs! read more

Valor is the BEST pest control company in the area! We have tried several, and Valor shines above them all. 2nd most important to getting rids of pests, is being the kind of company, with the kind of values that we love to support. One look at the info on their website will have you wanting to switch companies, too! Thank you, Valor, for being an incredible company with conservative American values! Take my money! :) Also, Isaiah is an incredibly respectful and competent service provider. He works with a smile, and is trustworthy with great customer service. We enjoy having him here! read more

I found myself with 76 lb German Shepherd and realized I couldn't take care of my basic pest control alone, let alone German Roaches. Spoke to Dylan a owner, and this has been our second of three treatments. They are excellent. They spray, set traps, and bait my house. These things are dying everywhere. Thank you Valor for talking care of my family and our 76 lb pup. Everyone from the phone etiquette to being a guest in my home, has been professional and respectful. I will continue to use them. Thanks guys for making my problem your problem and attacking them. read more

Chris, our Account Manager, was also very friendly. He went through the company background and what their offerings were. He explained the treatments he was proposing and answered any question I may have had about them. Kawika, our Service Pro, was great. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing and why. Our dog loved him as well and you know the saying about dogs being a good judge of character. Based on our first experience with Valor Pest Control, we are completely satisfied with their service and out interaction with their employees. read more

Isaiah from Valor Pest Control came today for our quarterly treatment. He is very polite and very competent. His smile lights up the room! Valor is reasonably priced, and has taken care of us for quite a while now. Thanks to them our problems are almost nonexistent. Recently were having an annoying problem with bugs drowning themselves in the water for our outside animals (we live on a farm). Isaiah suggested a cedar wood based, non toxic spray for that area. I am sure it will work well. He always gives us great advice! read more

Steven Cook with Valor came out today and did a great job with my quarterly service. I would recommend Valor Pest Control to anyone. I have been using them now for 8 months, the techs are professional each and every time they are here I had a sever rodent problem in the beginning, after their first visit they came out almost weekly for several weeks to check our situation and have followed up as needed at no extra charge. This means a lot, i don't know many companies that will do that and not charge a service call fee. read more

Sean the technician was prompt, very friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to listen to my concerns regarding the pests and we had some good laughs too. They always do a great job getting rid of the pests. I was so impressed by the service provided at my old home, that I made sure I transferred pest services from Valor to my new home. The customer service at Valor is great and prompt as well. The quarterly price is 120, which is a great value for having piece of mind that the bugs will be exterminated. read more

We have been with Valore Pest Control for nearly a year now and we have tried other services in the past. But, whatever they use is safe for our kids and pets. Lane serviced our home the other day and he was fantastic very respectful and kind! He even listened to my kids wild stories and checked out my sons frogs all while continuing to do his job. He was very hit a few spots that may have been missed in the past that I didn't think about. We'd be happy to have Lane back again for our next treatment! read more

Valor Pest Control has been the easiest company to work with. I had some medical issues and had to pause my service until I had recovered. They were able to work with the dates I provided so my quarterly service resumed right on time. Isaiah arrived with a smile on his face and a wonderful attitude. He listened attentively to my needs and concerns, providing excellent service. They always offer to return as needed. I have no hesitation continuing my relationship with this company. read more

My experience with Valor, so far, has been nothing but amazing. Ka'inoa went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. He answered all of our questions, and even helping us to switch from another pest control service (a real nightmare!). Jonah, our first technician, was very professional and very thorough. When they say that they 'treat the entire yard', that's exactly what they do! It was a real pleasure to meet him. I look forward to working with him/Valor. read more
