After being woken up by an overwhelming smell multiple mornings in a row, we had the scary realization that the smell was coming from our house. After going down the list of wildlife companies in town and being told we had to wait TWO WEEKS before someone could come check out our little issue, we called Alpha Wildlife and Brandon was at our house within the hour. He found the problem immediately (we were right, there were skunks in our crawl space). He put together a plan for us, was up front on pricing and got started right away. He set traps, checked them every day for 2 weeks, kept us posted on progress, and after catching multiple skunks he cleaned out our crawl space and got it sealed properly. I cannot recommend Brandon and Alpha Wildlife enough. Having skunks in your house is extremely traumatic, not to mention extremely stinky, but Brandon took care of us and we no longer have any issues. If you have any sort of problem with pests in your home, CALL ALPHA. They are honest, transparent and get the job done in a timely manner. Thanks Brandon!! (sorry this took so long)

Then a couple days later, Derek came by to clean up all the spider webs - I was so impressed at his thoroughness and along the way, learned a lot from him too. I appreciated that both Derek & Jack have worked at Otis for a very long time - that says a lot about the company. While the intention was to kill all the ants, Derek also identified several wasp nests which he was brave enough to spray - thank you! And the day after - looks like the extermination was successful ... we'll continue to monitor.
