Jack came by to do the inspection - I learned a ton just by walking with him around the house; super friendly, knowledgeable, & funny. For example, sharing that carpenter bee larvae is like a buffet for woodpeckers lol. He also highlighted areas to be fixed that weren't bug-related which was appreciated too. Then a couple days later, Derek came by to clean up all the spider webs - I was so impressed at his thoroughness and along the way, learned a lot from him too. I appreciated that both Derek & Jack have worked at Otis for a very long time - that says a lot about the company. While the intention was to kill all the ants, Derek also identified several wasp nests which he was brave enough to spray - thank you! After being woken up by an overwhelming smell multiple mornings in a row, we had the scary realization that the smell was coming from our house. After going down the list of wildlife companies in town and being told we had to wait TWO WEEKS before someone could come check out our little issue, we called Alpha Wildlife and Brandon was at our house within the hour. He found the problem immediately (we were right, there were skunks in our crawl space). He put together a plan for us, was up front on pricing and got started right away. Matthew's expertise allowed for capture from within the crawl space but also escaped babies living elsewhere on our property.
