I hired this company. I thought I could trust Chris, the exterminator and owner. I was very wrong…read more We had bedbugs that Chris said he could get rid of for us. We paid him $1400.00 with the expectation he would keep his word. He did 5 treatments. A month and a half ago they showed themselves again. I called Chris several time to come out for an inspection. He never returned our calls. I called his wife requesting a call from him. Still no response! I called Terminex. They were at our house in two days. The inspector "gave" us poison to kill the bedbugs and a week later came out again to inspect again. If ever I need an exterminator I will NOT call Pyrex Pest Control and I recommend yyfo your research. I failed to mention that he had an advance in pay with the intent we would receive monthly exterminating. I never received that service much less return my money.
