That's what my first contact was like. Treavor was scheduled to come check my house and he showed up right on time. The really great news? NO termites! I also scheduled regular pest control spraying and Steven came right on time, sprayed inside and out for my first treatment and was also efficient and pleasant. Finally, I had asked Treavor about replacing the vapor barrier under the house, and Josh arrived on time, did a thorough job and was so pleasant to deal with. So what was my impression? Chris came out the afternoon on the day we called about our carpenter ant issue. No evidence from that day forward of their wood dust debris. Of note another company had been called first. They diagnosed the problem, then set a date two weeks later to "treat the window sills', which would have done nothing to actually destroy the colony." He cleaned away cobwebs outside also.
