This is my first time but it won't be my last using clean concepts. I used yelp to find them and have never been threw this process. I wanted a deep clean, carpet cleaning, with oven and fridge cleaning. I went with them because they were the most price transparent, very open with communication and showed so much compassion towards my household. I spoke to the owner Jacob and team lead Jack and felt so at ease with the entire process. Although things didn't go as planned, due to circumstances beyond anyone's control they were transparent with everything and made me feel at ease. They showed up when they said they would. The workers were amazing. Shoutout to Gracie who was majical with the organization, and everything . My home looks organized, smells amazing and was thoroughly disinfected like I like it. They truly work as a team and excite effectively and efficiently. I will 1000% use them again. They made sure I was I was happy and truly satisfied. I am so excited to work with them in the future. This review is gonna sound crazy, but I was literally talking in my living room about all the work I had to do on Alexa comes up and tells me to hire the dusting done because I probably won't get everything done and she suggested clean concepts and they wanted to know how big the house was how many bathrooms and I just said I don't need bathrooms done. I just need dusting done living room dining room, and explained that my house cleaning was being done but dusting was not something we were able to get to because I live so close to quarry when they blast I always have a fine layer of dust covering everything so when I called, they answered right away and their prices were real reasonable however, I couldn't get the quarries blasting dates so I never did get the dusting accomplished before company arrived . But they were really nice on the phone I will remember them next time I am backlogged with housework I cannot accomplish. I hired Clean Concepts to clean for my step-daughter as she recovers from a complicated surgery. The first cleaning was on 9/28/25. I requested a deep cleaning for the first visit and regular cleaning every other week thereafter. This is the message I received from her following the cleaning by Clean Concepts. "Just wanted to update ~ the cleaners were here from 3-5 and did an AWESOME job. It was a husband (Jorge)/wife team and they were absolutely lovely ~They set me up in the bedroom while they deep cleaned throughout and then swapped me to the living room while they completed the bedroom. I am enthusiastically recommending Clean Concepts for all your cleaning projects. I live out of town and called them to request cleaning my rental apartment so the apartment could be shown for rental over the weekend. Then my electrician called to fit me in on that same Friday to install my overhead light, and Clean Concepts was nice enough to move my appointment to the end of the day. I called Jack at Clean Concepts to add a couple things I had taken for granted but failed to mention and he included those things with no hesitation at no extra charge. When I came back to the apartment the next week, they had done an excellent cleaning job. Jack sent me photos after the cleaning and they even cleaned the microwave which I had not mentioned. Jack was very friendly and accommodating with all my changes and requests. I give Clean Concepts 5 stars for efficiency, friendliness, on time, excellent communication and great cleaning.
