No one showed up, no one called to let me know anything had changed. I called the office and was sent directly to voicemail. I left a message. The cleaner called me later to let me know her previous appointment was running over time, and the two appointments she had were scheduled too close together. At that point she told me she'd be arriving in 45 minutes. I waited nearly 2 hours before she finally called me back to tell me she'd have to cancel the appointment. This appointment was made in anticipation of company coming over and it's put me in a tight spot to get everything ready. Had I known this would happen when I booked, I would've changed the timing of my appointment or gone with another company. This gives me no room to adjust, and I left work early for nothing. The cleaner seemed nice enough over the phone. She was apologetic, but there seems to be an egregious lack of planning on the administrative end of this company. Be careful booking with them. I would think twice if you have any time sensitive cleaning needs. Edit: Never in my life have I been called so fast after leaving a review. I only wish it was a positive experience. The gentleman who called started by asking to explain what happened. After doing so, I was verbally berated for leaving an honest review of my experience. No apology, no accountability. He didn't seem at all interested in offering solutions to the situation. He did seem very interested in the fact that I DARED to leave a negative review. Avoid at all costs.
