Plug it into myfitnesspal, you will find it is 5-9 grams of total protein. How the shrimp, a small amount of peanut butter, sesame seeds, and veg equates 32 grams of protein is incalculable. I will say it was delicious! The reason I will not continue ordering is the result of lack of good customer service when I received a wrong meal. One of the photos is the emails. There was no offer to make their wrong a right. In addition, my co-worker had a similar situation. The customer should not have to tell the company how right a mistake, it should be readily offered. The error was a minor one and could have easily been fixed. However, how she handled it was baffling. Customer service can make or break it for me. I believe if I asked for an additional breakfast the following week she would have agreed to give it to me. The customer should not have to explain to the company how to fix an error. Went into the humidor selected 3 $15 sticks looked around for a good bourbon to pair with them, then stepped up to the register to pay. At that point I asked if they had a public restroom, to which the clerk replied " is that why you drove over the curb, because you had to pee?" Neverminded I'd been in the store for more than 5 minutes, I was making a near $50 purchase, have spent hundreds if not a thousand previous dollars( I know he had no way of knowing this) in their store, had a dress shirt and tie on, only to be treated like a typical Humboldt tweaker. I never thought that I would find a humidor like the one at John's. I walked into the humidor and was pleased with the huge selection of brands. I rolled a number of cigars between my fingers and they were all "cigar" soft yet firm, as one would expect. None were hard. I bought an Arturo Fuente, i forget what type but it was about 42 ring and 6" long. I lit it up after a couple days it was a single match (no torch) cigar! Best cigar I've had in awhile! After walking through the humidor I strolled around the spirits shelves. They have quite an extensive selection of all spirits, some local, some that you see all the time on bar/restaurant menus, and some brands that you may have never seen before. I'm a vodka drinker and there were a handful of different of brands that I haven't seen before. And then there was the wine in the back. I didn't spend much time there, but long enough to know that they have a great selection of wines. I will be back!
