Aesthetically pleasing coffee shop. Street parking was available in front of the shop. Many seats were available. There is also a children's corner which was a very thoughtful touch. They had Whitney Houston playing which I enjoyed- it was very calm and a great place to work/ catch up with a friend. Coffee selection was nice- they had multiple specialty drinks if you're a fan of exploring flavors. They also have pastries . I enjoyed the mini size options of the croissant. They also have an air fryer to warm up the pastries which was nice. The baristas were sweet. I recommend this location.

I was super excited to visit Humble Cafe as I had been seeing it on social media for months. They have a menu that has a lot of Asian, particularly Southeast Asian influences and flavors. They also carry pastries from other local bakers and small businesses. I wanted to grab a butter mochi square, but unfortunately they were out of the mochi squares and cookies that day. They were also out of the black sesame cream, which was a bummer because my top choice was the black sesame latte. I chose to get the ube matcha latte instead. I'm not sure if I just caught them on an off day, but the whole experience was a little chaotic. First, as I was standing for the barista to take my order, she tried to give me someone else's drink. It took her a while to make my drink because she had to whisk up the matcha (honestly amazing effort as I was not expecting ceremonial-level prep). As I was walking away drinking my matcha latte, I realized that my drink was made with oat milk and not almond milk as I had requested. (I don't have an allergy but my body sometimes has trouble processing the oat and all the sugar.) The drink was still tasty, the ube syrup was very sweet and different from what you could get at other coffee shops. The matcha flavor was a little lost as a result, but it was still delicious. I hope I could swing by and give the place another try.

Quaint little cafe in Williston Park with pretty and delicious coffee. My favorite is the iced Blueberry Matcha Latte! Very nice and talented staff.

Stumbled upon this cafe while I was in town. Had their black sesame latte and it lived up to expectations. There were other different latte flavors that I would love to try. Service was quick (although it wasn't busy when I arrived). There's enough seating for few parties and looks like a coffee place where you can relax, study, or catch up with friends.

Love this place so much!! Everything on the menu is delicious and made with care. The staff is so so so friendly and the place feels light, airy, and clean. I am personally obsessed with the pandan latte and ube latte (both with coconut milk) and one of my new favorites is the ube matcha with coconut milk! I also love their turkey & cheese and ham & Swiss croissants - which they can warm up for you :) WiFi is fast - so it's also a nice spot to get some work done if you want a change of scenery. And one thing I especially appreciate is the small corner in the back with a play area for young kiddos (I don't have children myself but appreciate the consideration of them). Location wise, it is in a great spot right close to many other things and there's never an issue with street parking right on Hillside Ave or around the corner in a residential area.

Despite working in Nassau, my life is very Suffolk County these days. I don't have opportunities to really explore places in western LI, but every once in a while a moment arises like a few weeks ago when my wife and I were able to partake in some coffee from Humble Cafe. Dang am I missing out! You see I used to live about a 5-10 minute drive from where Humble is located (along Hillside Ave in Williston Park) and oh how I wish the owners had decided to open this place when I was still close by. I love their story of wanting to build out of the fact that they couldn't find good coffee near where they lived (locally...in Williston Park!). Well they've managed to do just that and then some! Walking into Humble you're greeted by a great balance of stylish/contemporary/cozy feels. You could see yourself spending some time working here, but there's a little spot in the back for kids to play as well. It just makes sense when you see it. What is also sensical is that the staff is humble...okay maybe not that word but at least friendly and welcoming. Smiles from all that worked there and coffee that was ready quite quickly. Speaking of coffee, with a slight Asian zing, Humble serves up a nice variety of sips and lattes as well as mochi cookies and other delightful treats. I will say I didn't partake in anything edible, but everything looked good and I would most certainly return to partake in an item in the future. What had me hopeful on those treats and everything here was the real winner of my trip, the pandan latte. Now I'm always open to trying something new and learning about foods/drinks that I've never heard of and this was one of those times. Pandan? Huh? Well let me tell you folks, if you like vanilla flavor with just a hint of nutty floral finish then oh baby you need to try this. It's been a while since a coffee really felt well made from a new place that I've visited and the combo of a fresh concoction with quality coffee did the trick. Honorable mention was my wife's Nutella latte that had just as much of a "wow" factor with its hazelnut notes. Yum! Overall, Humble Cafe is rockin' it. They have a cute spot in a nice location with some fantastic drinks and friendly staff to boot. I'm jealous of the people that live nearby because I'd certainly frequent Humble if I still did. Perhaps I'm just going to have to find a way to get over there more often!

Made a detour from the LIE for much-needed coffee and was happy to find this sleek little shop. With a rather long list of interesting-sounding special lattes, it's hard to choose just one- but I went with the black sesame latte. I think I was expecting something a little sweet-- as black sesame flavor is often combined with sweetness in desserts, etc.- but it was actually not sweet at all. It took a couple of sips for me to sort of figure it out, and I decided I really liked it. It has a really rich, very nutty, almost savory flavor that is not at all artificial. It would pair nicely with a sweet pastry. The espresso itself seems on the smoother, milder side, which might not please the dark-roast coffee junkies- but I think it makes total sense in drinks like these as it lets the subtlety of the other flavors shine through. I also had a turkey and cheese croissant. I'm assuming the pastries are outsourced rather than made in-house, but it was great and hearty and totally hit the spot. The staff were super nice as well. I hope to make another detour soon to try the pandan latte... or the rainbow cookie latte.. or the ube latte...

Humble Cafe gives a very homey feel which I loved upon entering. It has just the right amount of space where it feels comfy and cozy but not small. The decor inside is cute too. The menu has some Asian-inspired flavors like pandan, which I couldn't resist. I got a hot pandan latte and it was very fragrant but not overpowering. It was also served perfectly warm so I didn't have to wait for it to cool down or burn my tongue. I love supporting local businesses and this is one that has my vote! Will be seeing more of this cafe in the future!

Very cute and aesthetically pleasing coffee shop! They have a lot of fun coffee flavors and bakery items. I got their iced honey latte, which was delicious! The matcha looks really good too, so I'd want to try that next time. They also have some chairs and couches, so you can sit and do some work if you want. I wish I lived closer, but will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

I've been hearing good things about this place and I decided to come here on a chilly Thursday afternoon to read a book. Williston Park has just gotten a huge cafe upgrade! Honestly, I think this might be my favorite cafe in the area. We've been needing more cafes around here! The place is very clean and inviting. They've even got a little play area in the back for kids. They also have some very cute merchandise and stickers. Whether you want to study or catch up with friends, it's a great spot! The woman at the counter was friendly as well. Humble Cafe has a wide selection of drinks, coffee flavors, and pastries. If you need your food warmed up, feel free to ask. I ordered myself a hot Lavender Vanilla Latte with almond milk and a blueberry muffin. The latte was perfection. Great sweetness level and flavors. The blueberry muffin was very soft and filled with plenty of blueberries. I thought everything was fairly priced. I'm excited to try more on the menu now. I'll definitely be recommending this cafe to my friends and family :)

Such a quiet and clean coffee shop. I love the ambiance, the pink and white, the framed pictures, everything. There's free WiFi so it's a great place to study or get work done. They also have a clean bathroom which is a plus. I ordered an iced matcha latte with soy milk, chai latte, iced latte with blueberry syrup, and a hot latte. They have a variety of syrups that you can add to drinks and it's only $.50 more. The matcha was really good, the barista told me it's unsweetened so I added vanilla syrup which was a good decision. Super worth it and the baristas were so nice and gave us recommendations

A new cafe opened up in the neighborhood! Ever curious, I dropped in to get a cup of tea. Ambience: a warm inviting room that encourages you to lounge and have a conversation with your friends. They even have some toys in the back for your kids to have a play date while the grown ups catch up with some coffee. Food: they don't serve any hot food :( They have some pastries if you need to grab a bite. I wanted to get a green tea, but they only had decaffeinated green tea. They offered to make me some matcha green tea and filtered it 3 times to make sure it was smooth. TL/DR: if you want a nice place to sit down and relax with some friends over a fresh cup of coffee, go on over to Humble Cafe.

I've been seeing a lot of videos on Instagram so I definitely wanted to try it for myself. A location in Albertson, NY is opening soon. There are some March exclusives available only this month. I stopped by on a Sunday around 2:00pm. There are two drive-through lanes and there were cars in both. The menu consists of iced tea/lemonade, coffee, specialty lattes, dirty sodas, and water. I pulled up to the drive-through window and ordered the Lucky Charmed Latte with the staff member. My husband ordered a hazelnut mocha iced latte. The drinks didn't take long to be prepared and were very yummy. I really liked the addition of Lucky Charms marshmallows and whipped cream on top of the latte. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but the latte had a good ratio of espresso and milk and it was very good. I definitely want to be back to The Barn in Merrick to try other drinks!

Visit Date: January 20, 2026…read more I got the LI cafe passport book from my co-worker for Christmas. In January I got to go to two coffee shops in this book, for five was the second one. I went with one of my friends. We both had the mochas and I had a shot of espresso because the book recommended it. The espresso was good, not overly bitter, pretty much just right. The mocha was amazing a good ratio of chocolate, coffee and espresso. It was pretty busy here and the atmosphere was nice. The snacks looked really good maybe one day I'll go back for a pastry. I give for five five stars and five beans and would recommend coming here if you like coffee shops.

The elitist attitude continued throughout the transaction; she couldn't be bothered to tell me which beans she was using, and once the coffee was finished, she didn't even acknowledge me or announce that the drink was ready. It's a shame when a shop's "gatekeeping" attitude ruins the experience. There is no excuse for treating customers with that much contempt. I won't be returning to a place that makes me feel like an inconvenience for ordering a coffee.
