I was amazed by their efficiency and dedication in following up in what was a simple informational call to full-time (but temporary) employment in less than a week! I randomly phoned in one day in August soon after moving down here in the OC, just to get a general type of idea of places that were hiring around the area and what potential skills I could develop/were in demand as a recent college grad during a full-blown pandemic. Within 2 days of them simply getting down my qualifications/info were they able to call ME back (instead of the other way around!!) and offer me a job that fit within my criteria. While I'm sure it was definitely a mixture of sweet lady luck and perfect timing, it was still awesome that Cindy consistently followed up and made sure both me and my employer were both happy with the results. I am now transitioning to full-term employment a few months later and happy I'm able to work during these difficult times. Highly recommend the agency to anyone who is in need of employment that works for them and struggling to see results in the job hunt. It can't hurt to try and see if it'll work for you, especially with the Express team here to help!

I was a bit worried that I wouldn't find the location, but no problems at all. Initially when I was there, the parking lot was a bit on the fuller side so do come early in case you can't find parking for some odd reason. After I jumped out of the car, I walked towards the buildings and was greeted immediately by a sweet security man who quickly directed me to where I needed to go. He even wished me good luck, which was super helpful and calmed my nerves a bit. Even if there's no one to guide you, the doors into the Casting Center are clearly labeled in a Disney fashion which is cute and happy. I then walked up to the front desk, and had to wait a little bit because the guy was waiting on the phone. Once he was free, he directed me to the seating area and told me I would be called in when the interviewer was ready. All in all, everything was super comfortable, homie, and a splendid experience. Yes I was nervous, but the interviewer immediately saw that and reassured me. It was a fairly casual, yet professional interview. There weren't any moments where I felt under the radar, and the interviewer even made conversation with me. It was most definitely a comforting experience; just remember to go in and conquer it all with a big smile!

The recurring issues I faced line up exactly with what so many reviews have already said. I believe those reviews are telling the truth--especially one in particular that points out how the "good" reviews seem to come from their own employees. That matches what I've seen firsthand, and it makes the whole process feel misleading and disingenuous. On top of that, they don't even place people in jobs consistently--they only choose who they want and when they feel like it, leaving qualified candidates overlooked and frustrated.
