Payrunner has handled every problem I have ever had or could ever have...ever. If I need a report it is in my email in under 5 minutes. They answer the phone with the nicest staff ever on the second ring. If you are a small or medium sized business you want it ASAP cuz you've got stuff to do (like running your business) The girls at Payrunner know what you want before you ask. They know every report or any piece of info immediately. They know everything about payroll. They were up to date on covid workers Comp, harassment training... everything. They never screw up and the personal service cannot and will not be matched by any firm ever. I wrote a text to the owner a few weeks ago where I was ranting about how nice everyone is. Crazy nice folks who love being on the Payrunner team. Where else can you pick up the phone, call in payroll and it's done in 4.5 minutes. Do yourself a favor. Drop the the big guys. Their cute little sales rep tell a good story about all the features they have (that you'll never need or use btw) but they never mention that it's like dealing with the dmv. If you love spending forty minutes to explain to someone in India that you need a w2 for a past emloyee and you don't mind waiting til tomorrow to get it ... then ADP IS FOR YOU.

I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Eddie! Before I found him, my…read moreexperience with another CPA was a complete nightmare--many things were done incorrectly, leaving me to fix them myself. I was kept in the dark, received little to no response, was given inaccurate information, and encountered several mistakes. It was incredibly stressful. I'm so grateful to have found Eddie. He is professional, responsive, and reliable--qualities that are extremely important to me. He answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly, and took the time to educate me on many aspects of managing an S-corp. I always felt informed and never forgotten. He stayed on top of payment schedules and got things done quickly and efficiently. I never felt lost or unsure throughout the process. Eddie is also very detail-oriented. He discovered a major oversight from the previous CPA--something I wasn't even aware of--and helped me correct it step by step. I was initially overwhelmed and stressed, but Eddie was patient, understanding, and even available during off-hours to guide me through it. Thanks to his help, everything on the business and accounting end has been corrected, and I finally feel like I'm on the right track. The accounting software he uses is also very efficient and allows me to upload everything in a well-organized manner. When dealing with so many numbers and accounts, that level of organization is a huge plus. I fully trust Eddie and highly recommend his services!

And when I needed help correcting the return, he was totally MIA. I knew I had to find someone new who is trustworthy and reliable. Fortunately, I was referred to Eddie by a friend and have been very pleased with his services so far. I find Eddie to be very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me a quote before working on my return and stuck by his quote even though my return was a little more complicated than expected. He also looked at my previous return and identified the errors and omissions made by my previous accountant. Eddie is also very responsive and tech-forward. Most of our interactions have been via email but he makes himself available on the phone as well. He also provided me with tips for my next return so I could get a bigger refund. Thank you, Eddie!

Stellar. If I can…read moreonly use one word to define the experience I received, it is stellar. Gill Tax Group (GTG) took me in last minute, thoroughly reviewed my returns after I had a hiccup with TurboTax and discovered that the TurboTax software did not flag the necessity to file in another state.* Had GTG not checked this and had I relied on TurboTax, I would have been subject to a review and possible full audit by not only the California Franchise Tax Board, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, but also the Internal Revenue Service. GTG cares and is very thorough. If they make a commitment to help, they have proven that be true. Trying to get through to TurboTax customer service was a nightmare and nobody understands what I'm asking or trying to do, notwithstanding the technical gliches they have. GTG understood came through and took over immediately and filed expeditiously--and I am very thankful. I cannot recommend this wonderful firm enough to others. * Had I opted for the "audit free protection" offered by TurboTax, it would likely have been denied because it only protects you in the State you file. TurboTax did not recognize that I needed to file a return in another state and therefore I would have l been denied the protection had I went that route if I were to be reviewed and audited. WTG GTG! Thank you for the rescue and peace of mind =)
