I've been a member here since October of last year. I really wanted to get back into shape after…read moresurgery, and I stopped in to book personal training. I was referred to Andy Ferguson, and he has been laser focused on getting me to my goals. He's knowledgeable and precise in his approach, and has a wholistic perspective that has been very effective. Trophy is also a very good gym, this location is just the right size, is clean, and has good equipment. The staff are friendly and professional - Greyson, john, Gina, and the entire staff is friendly and warm. When I need help they are responsive. I've been to many gyms/trainers, from Los Angeles Equinox, to San Antonio Golds Gym, and Houston 24 hour fitness, but Trophy has really honed in on what makes a gym great and has fair pricing. Plus, parking is convenient and free.

I stumbled upon this gym when I first moved to Dallas and it was the best find imaginable. First…read moreoff the staff is incredible here. From day 1 every single person on staff was welcoming and personable. One thing that was abnormal about this gym was the community within the gym. I moved to Dallas knowing no one and found this to be a very social gym. Majority of my friends came from meeting other members and trainers. The classes are motivating, the free recovery sessions are a game changer, the trainers are SUPER knowledgeable, and the amenities of a hot tub, sauna, and steam room are the cherry on top. If you are looking for a gym, look no further. Joining Trophy way the best decision I made next to moving to Dallas.

I can't say enough good things about working with Faryn for both pre- and post-natal training. As a…read morefirst-time mom, she helped me not only physically prepare for birth, but also feel emotionally supported throughout the process. Her knowledge and guidance gave me so much confidence going into labor. Postpartum, what truly set her apart was how supportive and flexible she was in allowing my baby to come to sessions. She made everything feel easy and completely judgment-free--whether that meant pausing when my baby needed me, adapting exercises on the spot, or simply creating a space where I didn't have to choose between caring for my baby and caring for myself. She brings so much warmth, kindness, and calmness, especially in moments when anxiety crept in. Her steady presence made me feel safe, capable, and deeply supported during such a vulnerable season. I always left our sessions feeling more grounded, stronger, and empowered. I couldn't recommend her more highly to anyone preparing for birth or navigating the postpartum transition.

From prenatal and postpartum wellness to bodywork, mindfulness, and solid-as-hell nutrition guidance, she brings a deep level of knowledge and professionalism to the table. I haven't worked with her directly as a client, but as a fellow trainer and coach, I can confidently say she knows her stuff. She's someone I'd 100% trust to refer out to, especially for anyone needing a more holistic and personalized approach. She blends education, experience, and real-life application in a way that's rare to find. You're definitely in good hands with her.

I was thrilled to come across C7 on a google search a few days ago! Brief backstory: I used to take…read moretrampoline/rebounder classes at Xtend Barre in Preston Hollow, but it closed during COVID. I was unable to find anything like that in Dallas, and Motiv Fitness (where I go in Houston) has not gotten to the DFW area. I was in Athleta and the associate told me she takes rebounder classes at the new Club Studio, but it requires a membership and classes are full. I figure maybe some other business has this by now, and sure enough, I found C7! I signed up for the morning class today, and with little traffic on a Saturday, it was only a 13 minute drive for me! I showed up early since I am a newbie, and the owner Shannon welcomed me and told me about her business and philosophy. Then she introduced me to instructor Lisa (what a great name!) who put me behind her spot so I could follow. The room was spacious and has a hidden door in the mirrored wall leading to a bathroom that was stocked with amenities. In the studio, each station was pre-set with numerous props, including a long resistance band with handles made of the same material instead of plastic (I had not seen that before), bala wrist weights and bala ring (10 lb), 3 lb and 5 lb dumbbells, a glider, a booty band, and a ball. We bounced to a fantastic playlist, with each cardio segment choreographed and repeated, then got off and on for different strength, core, and glute work using different props (and we were given options). The finale was running through as much of the combined choreographed cardio segments that we could in the last song. The energy was high, the community was very welcoming and encouraging, and no one laughed at my failed attempts to match choreography. I got a full body workout and was drenched in sweat (and was grateful the studio provided a towel which I had forgotten to bring). I stopped by a coffee shop on the way out of the area to get matcha, and told them I needed it iced because I took this class. A customer overheard me and asked, "Did you go to C7? I have been wanting to try it!" I will definitely return when I am back in Dallas!

I signed up for personal training at what I understood was a flat rate. After learning about additional charges that were never explained to me when I signed up (80 dollar initial scan fee, 50 dollars a month for inbody scan, 3% processing charge, 80 dollar gym membership) I was very alarmed. I thought I was signing up for a flat rate of 640, but with the additional charges it ended up being 800 dollars a month - none of this was outlined in the contract I signed. When I asked him to send me the contract so I could verify the fees are not in the contract, he refused and said it was all explained verbally to me (which is 100% a lie and if it were true, it's unethical to charge customers based on 'verbal' agreements). He ended up not charging me for two months of the gym - which if it would have ended there I would have been completely fine and not feel the need to write this. I decided to complete my 3 month contract and after that I would not be able to financially support 800 a month and would no longer be signing up for additional months. When I informed Taylor I would be cancelling I received an e-mail with a notice of my cancellation and in the notes "Has been a pain in the a** since day 1" when I confronted him about this he said "oh it's just a jovial joke, you know", didn't apologize! and went on to belittle me saying I am the problem and he never has issues like this. I have never felt so disrespected and talked down to in my entire life. All I was trying to do was understand additional charges that were not in my contract nor communicated to me and instead of realizing there is a gap in his business model he shifts the blame to me "I've never had this problem with anyone but you". Just so disrespectful, I am extremely appalled. I would never ever recommend anyone doing business with Taylor. This is not how you treat someone paying you 800 dollars a month. And to anyone from the gym who is going to respond to this.... it isn't about the money, it's about being ethical with your contracts and how you treated me. Five stars for the gym, equipment, and my amazing trainer. Zero stars for the way they treat their customers.
