It still leaked, so John from the company came out and replaced the PVC flange - no charge. It still leaked. He came back and said he would need to replace the PVC flange with a metal one. He said he would come back later in the week. Never heard from him again - he stopped answering my texts. I've called the office 5-6 times, with no reply. Same with email. Haven't heard from them for 2 weeks, so I assume they ain't coming back. So I'm out $233, with a toilet that still leaks. All interactions with the company were friendly and professional, so this is a mystery. Bottom line: maybe Donohue Halverson will finish your job, maybe they won't.

I asked if we could discuss a few things on it and the he kept saying he'd call but never did. I tried calling him a few times but eventually gave up. Part of their sales pitch is that they come out for emergency calls for their customers and how there's always someone available but if they can't even call me back to get a project started then why would I believe they'd actually show up when I needed a repair? Their quote was literally double the other quotes I had gotten and the markup on some items was ridiculous. The furnace model was listed on the quote so I looked it up and they were charging me nearly 5x what it cost. And it isn't like they were rolling in labor or other parts because everything was itemized. In the end, I went with a different company who did great work for half the price Halco wanted.

I had a plumber look at a water pressure issue (apparently nothing to be done about that, so no worries) and a dripping tap. He did not put the tap back together properly, so I had to figure out how to reassemble it myself, and Warden never called me back about the replacement part. Weeks later I still have a dripping tap.
