5/5 Hope Chest…read moreResale Market is truly a hidden gem! It was my first time stepping in, I'm impressed by how clean, organized, and thoughtfully curated the store is. They have an incredible mix of quality furniture, home décor, and unique finds--always at very fair prices. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do; they're friendly, helpful, and genuinely excited to help you find exactly what you're looking for. What I love most is that inventory changes constantly, so there's always something new to discover. Whether you're furnishing a home, hunting for one-of-a-kind pieces, or just love browsing beautiful items, this place is an absolute must-visit. Highly recommend the Hope Chest Resale Market--one of the best resale shopping experiences around

I frequently donate here because I like that the profits go towards a lot of good things. I have…read morenever really shopped here, but have browsed every now and then. I noticed the last month the prices on items have gone up and are ridiculously priced. It's becoming like Goodwill. I get they need profit to keep running, but some of the pricing there is comparable to what you'd pay brand new at a store. I also thought the lady who rung me up was rude. She asked if I was paying cash, I said no, then she tapped her finger on a sign that said no under $5 with an attitude. Like lady, I am here to support your organization, you don't need to be rude that I'm trying to buy something. It was very off putting. I went and bought something to make it $5 and went on my way. I saw frames in there that were like $14...there's no way a used frame should be that much. I saw a tiny pumpkin $3..Clothes is $4-5, dressed $7-8...Sounds like Goodwill. I will not be donating here anymore, I'll find another local resale.

Update: the next day I finally got a call from Junk King and the guy (Ryan?) was not very sorry and pretty rude. He said he was busy. An absolute failure at every level…read more We had a crew scheduled Saturday to take our load; however, when they arrived they realized they didn't have nearly enough room in their truck and that the price would be TRIPLE the estimate. This was annoying, but I decided to go through with it anyway due to our timeline. The next day they were supposed to arrive from 8-10AM, and after not hearing anything I reached out to the office and eventually heard back from someone at 11:30 letting me know they'll call in 45 minutes with an ETA. I waited 3.5 hours and never heard back. I had already rented a pressure washer to clean the siding over there, so now I'm at 48 hours rented and I still haven't used it. I have actually lost money by giving this company multiple chances, because they found a way to fail me every time. We are now using another service (at a MUCH lower price), and would strongly recommend to anyone else to do the same.
