In December 2016, I'd condensed three spaces down to one space costing $216 each month which then I had set up recurring monthly payment from my bank account. It just occurred to me I haven't seen a recent charge on my bank statement, since April 2019. My information on my account in their computer system was totally wrong. Everything is gone. Forever. After nine years. All of my family's heirlooms, furniture, jewelry, pictures. Gone. I'm so devastated. This MAJOR COMPANY SCREW UP would never have happened if Christine had still been employed at Extra Attic on Patterson Ave. Unbelievable.
